Beach Access is .7 miles from the Prominence entrance & 1.5 miles door to sand from" Kelly's Cabana". "Kelly's Cabana" is well suited for families of all sizes with its large and open fully equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances. There is plenty of room for gathering while meals are prepared as the open floor plan allows for easy sight into the living area. PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well trained dogs (NO CATS) to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Our family had a great time at Kelly's Cabana. The property is just as pictured. The unit is on the backside of Prominence. Since it is not in the middle, the location was great for walking our 2 malitpoos. The unit had so many plus’s – a large, quiet rear deck, a very well-stocked kitchen, the open floorplan worked well for our family, the Prominence is well laid out & close to The Chill with its restaurants (no need to travel far for good meals) & activities, the A/C and fans handled the “feel like”100+ degree days with no problem, the included golf cart made getting around & going to The Chill a no-brainer as well as getting to the beach, beach chairs & umbrellas & beach toys were enjoyed by all @ the beach, and plenty of clothes hangars eliminating the issue of not having enough.

Extremely Dirty House
Upon our arrival of this home the bathrooms very literally disgusting. It was obvious the toilets were full of other peoples mess. I wanted to leave immediately. The guest bed was SO uncomfortable my back hurt for days. The golf cart would not hold a charge. There is NO beach access. I’d never stay there again. Sorry just being honest.

The owner is very nice.
The owner is very nice. Not easy to get to the beach. Once you get there, there is no place to park. There is no crime, I had three encounters with the police for parking violations relative to golf court. It must be where all the Barney Fife's retire.

Even Better Than We Expected
We loved our stay at Kelly's Cabana! We have stayed at lots of places along 30A over the years and this rental was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, well stocked, and close to all the places we wanted to go. The included golf cart was a must for this area and used it to go everywhere.

We truly enjoyed our stay! We had a couple minor issues but communication with the management staff was great and the issues were resolved quickly. The customer service was excellent! The townhome was as depicted and the kitchen was well stocked with most kitchen items. Would definitely stay here again!

Kelly’s cabana can’t be better
Beautiful condo in a great neighborhood. From us adults to teenage girls and younger boys , all were entertained. The pool is beautiful. Bikes are a must for the kids. There are bike gangs everywhere. It was a little more secluded and safe for those night riders. A skip and hop to the Hub for Mommy drinks or icecream- whatever treat you’re craving. Yummy food!!! The beach was a little hard to find but once we figured it out and hopped on the golf cart and bikes. it couldn’t have been better.

Beautiful family vacation spot
The house and neighborhood was very family friendly. The kids loved starting their mornings at the beautiful pool and then driving across the street to the beach. We visited Deer State park. It was beautiful. We tried to go to Alys beach the first night but didn’t realize it was a private only beach. We frequently visited the HUB for food and drinks. The kids enjoyed playing corn hole and watching movies as well. Overall we had an amtttg Ttf

This condo is an all around 5 star pick. It was spotless. It was beautiful. It was comfortable. The golf cart made it convenient for us to go across to the Hub, to the beach and to Rosemary. The Hub has good food, drinks and entertainment. Thanks to the owners from our family.

My 2 teenage daughters and I enjoyed everything about the home and property. With the use of the golf cart you could literally be anywhere you want in a few minutes, with the beach and the Hub being our favorites. It was our first time in the area and we loved it. Was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had and will definitely be back and hopefully yet this year.

30-A snowbird experience
We loved our week at Kelly’s Cabana! The decor is fresh, the house is stocked, the location is good, good Wi-Fi and decent cell reception. We loved that we were able to bring our dogs as well! The only negatives were one of the door knobs was broken off the middle bedroom door; and the pet restrictions/pet fees were not listed upfront. The owners compromised with us though so that was great. We only used the golf cart once but it was fun. And the beach is close enough to walk but be warned that only local, permitted dogs are allowed on the beach. The hub was really fun to hang out at and it was really nice to be so close. All in all we loved the trip and decided on 30-A for our beach home location.

No cell service or wifi, but everything else great!
The only bad thing I have to say is that there was no wifi (which they did mention on the listing), but there also was no cell service in the area. We had AT&T and Verizon. Unplugging is great but when you separate from your group and have to call/text back to the house, it was extremely difficult. Other than that everyone was extremely happy with the house and location.
