Easy check in, clean and organized. My only complaint is that it was difficult to find. I circled the neighborhood several times and finally saw the number painted on the curb.
We wanted a place close to downtown but away from the noise. This property fit our needs. A couple of things as a heads up. The floor is uneven in spots and the shower is small. Not a huge impact for us, but a nice to know.
Home is a located in a cute neighborhood right near downtown. About a 10 min easy walk. Perfect location. Home was perfect for myself, my husband and our almost 3 year old. Had everything we needed and it was nice to have a separate bedroom. Portable AC worked great. Shower is pretty tiny, but I read that in other reviews so I knew.. but it is VERY small. Bed was super comfortable. Lots of extra sheets and comforters. Would stay again!
This is a cute, comfortable, clean place that is incredibly well situated to downtown with all its fun attractions. The place is roomy and quiet and the hot tub was very easy to access and private.
I highly recommend it!
Cute little cottage great price for the location. Functional and just 5 or so blocks to everything you need. Dark Skies Brewing, Beaver Brewery Pool Bar, Josephine’s Shopping etc.
Great location, from there we visited Grand Canyon one day and Sedona the next. Safe neighborhood. It had everything we needed. We would stay here again!
A nice cozy property for a weekend stay. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the easy walk to downtown flagstaff. The house was comfortable enough that we could get comfy and watch movies. We will be looking to stay here again in the years to come.

This place was pefect. My husband and I were able to walk downtown to dinner. We took a trip to the grand canyon and came back to relax in the hot tub under the famously dark skies of Flagstaff. The stars were beautiful. The house was just as described in the listing and great for relaxing after long days of exploration.
This adorable rental easily accommodated myself, husband, and our 7-year-old. The location is perfect, with Flagstaff's best park just two blocks away. Our drive to Snowbowl was a breeze, and we loved having access to a hot tub after skiing all day. Highly recommend!
We stayed for 2 nights with another couple. location was great for walking downtown. We enjoyed the community hot tub. only complaint was the sofa sleeper wasn't comfortable at all my husband and I slept on the sofa the 2nd night.
property was clean and quiet. Host gave clear information and was very detailed, making our check in and out easy, and expectations around quiet times, and other guests in the area was reasonable. Close to downtown and great access to the trail system. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice for the price
We would definitely stay here again for the price! It’s close to a lot of different things to see the Lowell observatory, Walnut Canyon and others…
Great location and a short distance walk to downtown
Well appointed apartment with everything you need. The interior and appliances are a little dated but well maintained and didn’t impact our enjoyment, would stay there again.

Very comfortable bed and seating. Kitchen was well-stocked with keurig coffeemaker, tea kettle, pots and pans, flatware, basic seasonings. Linens and towels were clean and food quality.
Minor downsides:
Floor is uneven in places, so take care if you have mobility issues.
Shower is very small (and I am petite), and its hot water faucet has no stop on it to tell you when it's actually off. This means it will drip unless you're very careful. There was also no bathroom sink stopper.
There's a ceiling fan in the living room, but only box fans for the bedroom. AC isn't available, but this isn't a huge drawback given the climate. Just be aware that cooling the place means opening windows and running fans.
The paint colors used were a little too intense for the space, and the green used in the bedroom and bathroom were not to my liking, but that's subjective. The paint job itself needed some touch ups though.
The windows were functional, but a little hard to open and close, especially if you have issues with fine motor control, hand strength and hand flexibility.
Overall, a good experience. Easy walk to downtown and Thorpe Park. Very quiet.
This property is fun and quirky and definitely has a Flagstaff vibe. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and the couch was one of the most comfortable couches I have ever sat on. Also, the hot tub was large, and we had it to ourselves. The shower was the smallest I have ever used, and was pretty uncomfortable. Everything else was great though. Best of all, this property is just a couple blocks from cute shops, restaurants and nightlife—or anything else you may need. Highly recommend!
