We really enjoyed our anniversary weekend at the cabin at Evergreen Farm. It was so peaceful and relaxing watching the birds and wildlife. All of the food provided and especially the homemade bread was amazing. We hope to come back next year.
Our family loves Evergreen Farm, after 13 years it continues to get more beautiful. The cabin’s craftsmanship is amazing. There is always a full fridge and warm bread. Gisella is an amazing hostess and we cannot wait to come back.
Beautiful property. It felt like a little piece of heaven. Nashville was just a stones throw away...very conveniently located. Gisela was a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend this place.
We loved it. So beautiful and peaceful. What truly made our stay amazing was the thoughtfulness of the host to bring fresh baked bread and hang it on our door each morning, as well as the breakfast foods provided; all fresh and great coffee. It’s exactly what we needed. Thank you so much!
Very quiet and secluded but close enough to all the sites to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer. Awesome fireplace and the fresh baked bread every morning was great! Great communication from the property manager! Can’t wait to get back there in warmer weather.
This property was so unique! Beautiful little cabin. Just minutes from Nashville, but quiet and private. We had daily visits from, squirrels, ducks, geese, and the best was the peacocks! Majestic! Refrigerator was stocked with lots of food and fresh baked bread delivered daily.
This property was great me and my wife both loved it, the free range peacocks were a definite plus. The wild geese were kind of annoying with their quacking at strange hours but not the property owners fault. The view this cabin provided was amazing and close enough to the city to drive into.
We actually found the listing by accident and what a great accident it was! It was a short, easy drive to downtown Nashville but honestly, after a couple of hours in Nashville, we couldn’t wait to get back to our cottage. The staff that worked on the property were very kind and professional and the owner was the sweetest lady who made us a loaf of fresh bead and delivered it each morning. The peacocks that freely roamed the property were a bonus to see every day. We loved every part of our stay and will do it again given the opportunity.
We have stayed here in the late spring and it was beautiful. This time we were blessed with some snow. It made the cottage look like something out of a fairy tale. I can’t recommend this place enough. Check in is seamless. It is exactly as described.
This is our second stay. It was awesome, as anticipated. Very romantic cabin with unlimited supply of dry firewood for the fireplace, fresh bread delivered each morning, and a stocked refrigerator. Easy access to Nashville. Everybody was super friendly. We’ll be back again!
Everything about the property is so picturesque. The photos don’t do it justice. The cabin is more spacious and beautiful than we expected. We were especially impressed with the provisions for breakfast and lunch, including freshly baked bread each morning. Would definitely return.
The cabin and property is just as advertised, a beautiful getaway with picturesque surroundings. The breakfast food, meat, cheese and fresh bread provided was a very nice addition.
Proximity to Nashville was also nice, as we were able to get to downtown in 15/20 minutes, but were able to "retreat" to the peace and quiet in the rolling hills outside of the city.
The pre-trip contacts from the property manager was outstanding, and it is clear that the property manager and owner are very serious about providing only the best as the unit was cleaner than anything we have ever stayed in. My wife specifically commented that the windows were spotless which was an evidence to her as to their attention to detail.
If you are looking for a quaint, quiet cabin in a beautiful setting, you will not find any better.
We had the best time ! This property is absolutely beautiful where you can walk around or stay by the porch enjoying the beautiful view of nature. We absolutely loved the fresh eggs and home made bread for breakfast and all the snacks in the refrigerator very thoughtful. We will definitely come back.
This place is just amazing. I can’t say how much we loved this place. The cabin is super cozy and clean. They leave all kinds of food for you and even deliver fresh bread in the morning! The grounds are impeccable and there were lots of things to see if you want to explore. We will definitely be back.
We stayed at this beautiful log cabin for 5 nights. I can’t begin to describe how beautiful the property is and the attention to detail. I am a bird lover and there was no shortage of birds. There are several peacocks too, one of them was kind enough to visit our porch for an entire afternoon. There are also horses on the property and we had deer come within 30 feet of the porch. The bedroom is located in the loft. Everything you need was available. The highway system in that area is well thought out. We were literally only 15 minutes from pretty much everything. Oh, did I mention the fresh baked bread delivered to our porch every morning? Delicious! Also all the fixings for a nice breakfast and lunch meat and cheese were provided too. The owner, Gisela was very sweet and accommodating. We were there in early fall. I should like to return in the spring or summer to see the beauty of the grounds in those seasons. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing get away.
We had a lovely stay at this rustic cabin in beautiful setting but close enough to everything Nashville has to offer (which is a lot - and we loved it!) Everything seems to be about 20 minutes away, which is perfect if you want the action of the Grand Ole Opry, Downtown, Vanderbilt, etc. but still want to feel like you are way out in the Tennessee mountains. The numerous breakfast items provided were also a welcomed an unexpected surprise!
If you are looking to recharge the batteries for a few days but want the convenience of being close to Nashville, this is the place for you. The cabin is quaint and well appointed. There is a pond, the property is beautifully landscaped, you can walk the grounds, and there is firewood there for you to make a nice fire. There are many condiments, food items, and toiletries stocked. The owner also makes fresh bread and leaves it for you each morning. There are wild peacocks that hang around and meander around the property, which is really cool. The porch is a great place to read, relax, and just take in all the natural beauty and wildlife. Overall, a very peaceful and beautiful setting. Highly recommend.
Unbelievably romantic getaway 20 minutes from Downtown Nashville.
Gisela baked Delicious FRESH bread and delivered it to our doorstep every morning and stocked our kitchen with farm fresh eggs, bacon, cheeses, yogurt, coffee etc !!
The hospitality of Stefan and Lucia was awesome. We are already booked again in a couple months!!
You won’t be disappointed or something is wrong with you!!
If you are looking for a little solitude yet still close to all the attractions in and around Nashville, look no further.
This well appointed cabin is surrounded by acres of beautifully landscaped land. And the fresh bread brought daily is an added bonus.
Great little cabin 15 minutes away from downtown Nashville. Such beautiful setting and such a well appointed little log cabin. Made for a wonderful weekend!
