Gorgeous MARGARITAVILLE Pool Home on Clearwater Beach

Margaritaville is all NEW inside in 2025!
Enjoy the beachy soft colors throughout the house.

Margaritaville offers 3 bedrooms, all with king size beds.
The living room has 2 queen size sleeper sofas with memory foam mattresses.

Margaritaville has a heated saltwater pool (your skin and hair will love it). The pool is kept at 88-90 degrees in the cooler months (mid Oct.- mid April) as long as guests put the cover on when not in use.
Enjoy the screened Lanai while relaxing with your morning coffee or while watching the pool or TV. There is seating for six plus an additional 4 at the outside table. The screened porch overlooks the wonderfully landscaped tropical backyard.

Plenty of counter space on the new granite countertops and white shaker cabinets in the kitchen. There is plenty of storage for your food items in the pantry cabinet. Margaritaville also offers a large refrigerator with ice and water in the door plus a double oven for those who love to cook. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/cooking utensils and dishes.

Beautiful Clearwater Beach is approx. a 4 1/2 minute walk. Enjoy the North end of Clearwater Beach in this residential area. Margaritaville Pool Home is located at 918 Lantana Ave., Clearwater Beach Fl 33767. This is a licensed weekly rental with the City of Clearwater.

Damage Assurance is included in the cleaning fee (HOST or Owner Fees on VRBO breakdown) for up to $3000 of unintentional damage to the home.

Homes that are booked more than 7 nights will require a $500 per 7 nights booked deposit. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival. This will not show in the quote.

Save $$$$$$ by paying your FINAL PAYMENT by check. Email Dana for details. Returned checks will be charged $50.
There is a camera on the Southside fenced area which guests have no access to. This records the Southside of the house only. There is a camera on the front of the house. There are NO cameras on the back area of the house including the pool and grassed area.

We do NOT allow any animals on the property or inside the house. You will be charged up to an additional $3000 for bringing/allowing an animal onto the property. This is due to being unable to rent to the next guest with possible allergies. We can recommend animal friendly properties.

Amazing Place to Stay

This place deserves more than 5 stars! Our family stayed 4 nights and it was perfect for everything we wanted to do! Great location to shopping and the beach… but was a great neighborhood feel! The property is completely updated and so clean! The pool was warm and very clean felt private and safe! Our family will definitely be back !! The screened patio was an awesome bonus! I can’t say enough about this place! I’m ready for the next trip already!

Wonderful location!

We stayed in June 2024 and had an amazing time! Dana was in contact from the moment we booked through the check in process. She checked in to see if we needed anything and provided clear instructions on the home and any expectations for check out. It was a 5 min walk to the beach and the pool area was perfect for the kids! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic Vacation

The property is very well kept and well stocked. Parking is adequate and location is great. The best part of the home is the back yard. The yard and pool are perfectly maintained. We all enjoyed the vacation

Wonderful beach vacation

This is such a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. We walked to the beach (5 minutes) multiple time a day while also enjoying the heated pool. The house was spacious enough for our family of four, although we spent most of our time out back on the screened in lanai or in the pool which is the best part of this beach house.

Dana was a delight to work with and the house was extremely well maintained and clean. All the accommodations were perfect from the beach towels, utensils in the kitchen to the nice salt water pool! Would highly recommend this property if your looking to go to Clearwater Beach!

Everything was great, pool was nice and warm so we could still enjoy it when the weather was cooler. Great location, quick walk to the beach. House was clean and had plenty of space for us.

Great Family time

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is very convenient, walking distance to the beach. Kids love the pool. Nice neighborhood and the house had everything we need. Also great host, she offered a last min deal and we were able to enjoy our stay a little bit more.

Perfect Location

The owner was very prompt in communicating. The location was only a 4-minute walk to the beach and was a nice quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and perfect for the family, and the saltwater pool was great.

Quiet family getaway

The house was gorgeous and just what my family and I were looking for! The beach is a short 5 minute walk and the beach was quiet and secluded, we loved it! The pool was perfect for the rainy parts of the day as well. I was able to work remotely and the view of the pool was the perfect setting. Will be booking again for sure!!

Perfect vacation house

We just finished a vacation week with our 2 adult children and their significant others. It was a perfect house for our getaway! Pool and outdoor space was just lovely. The house was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything thing we needed. Short walk 20 minute walk to downtown and only 4 minutes to the beach…we will be back!

Spring Break 2019 at Margaritaville Pool Home

Had a great time staying at the Margaritaville Pool Home. The house is clean and well maintained and the pool and backyard patio were beautiful. Our kids loved spending time in the pool and then taking the short walk to the beach. Very quiet area compared to the downtown strip, but an easy walk or drive to restaurants, pier, and shops.

Everything we needed!

This was a great rental and Dana was very helpful both before and during our stay. The please had everything we needed for our family and even had a wagon, beach chairs and beach toys available for the kids. Will be back

Clean, comfortable and quiet. It was nice to have the pool so warm as a few of the days were you on the chilly side. Close to beach and town with many restaurant choices. It was perfect for our trips to Phillies spring training - just a short trip over the bridge and down the highway.

Great Location and lovely house

My family very much enjoyed our stay. It is at the far end of Clearwater Beach so it is the perfect combination of location. We were close to clearwater beach's busy area for restaurants and shopping but past all the crowds and traffic. Short 4 min walk to beach! House was well equipped and beds were comfy! I wish I could have stayed another week!

Relaxing stay at Clearwater Beach

Our family enjoyed staying at this child and grandmother-friendly location. We would start our mornings walking at the beach and then spend time in the lovely pool. I highly recommend the home for families who want to enjoy Clearwater Beach but do not want to be in the center of the tourist activity. We could quickly drive the 0.5-—0.75 miles to the town center to park and walk to destinations to avoid the traffic.

Amazing house

Great place to enjoy Clearwater but also get some space from the nightlife. Just inside North Shore, about 20 minute walk from Clearwater beach, restaurants/ bars, and maybe 25-30 min walk to Pier 60. The pool was a perfect way to start and end the day. The neighborhood is quiet. It was the perfect place for our trip.
