You can walk everywhere, the car will never leave the driveway all weekend long. Plenty of street parking as well. Super home for entertaining or a great getaway weekend with friends. Cozy and Comfortable Bedding and furniture. Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and great for couples privacy. Separate suite area on third floor with two bedrooms. Beautiful lounge and fireplace in the kitchen area, complete wrap around Saratoga porch, skylights, amazing wood floors, astounding Victorian woodwork everywhere you look. Over-sized "man-cave" garage and awesome yard.

Fantastic VRBO rental that exceeded all expectations. Located just a short walk from town, the property offers easy access to a variety of charming restaurants and local attractions. The rental itself was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive. Wonderful Home & Location

I cannot recommend this home enough for a big group/family trip. The house layout is perfect for large groups, with the most perfect porch to have coffee and gather in comfortable rocking chairs. The home is clean and well organized, with plenty of space. The rooms are all nice sizes and we particularly appreciated the number of separate beds to accommodate our group. The best part is the proximity to town, which is less than a 5-minute walk, and on Saturdays the house is almost directly across the street from the most wonderful farmers market. Host was communicative and responsive with clear check-in and out instructions. Overall a 10/10 stay - we will definitely be staying here again on a future trip.

Skidmore Graduation

We came to Saratoga for our daughter’s graduation from Skidmore and stayed at this beautiful house! Everything was as advertised and then some! We have family in the area and our extended family stayed with us in the house and at the Courtyard. It was a super easy walk for the family in the hotel to come and hang out with us and the game room was a huge hit. We never felt like we were on top of each other and Charles was so easy to get intouch with for the few questions we had. This has to be my favorite VRBO we’ve stayed in and we were all sad to leave! Every family member raved about the location and the space in the house. You can tell the owner takes pride in his home! Thank you for an amazing 4 days! Kara

Location and house were great!

Absolutely loved our stay - the only confusing thing was one of the upstairs rooms states 2 twin beds and a king in the wording but it’s actually 2 twins OR a king, so we were short a bed but made it work - thank you!

Great house

We were a group of eight woman. The layout of this home suited us perfectly. It was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Being able to walk everywhere was a bonus. We hope to return next year. The bar has been raised. It would be hard to beat this one. Highly recommended.

Location! Location! Location! Your car will not leave the driveway. What a wonderful place to stay if you are going to Saratoga. The house is beautiful and fully equipped. The property manager and owner are very informative about the house and the happenings in town. We are a group of 10 women who take a yearly trip and the house fit us with room to spare. I would definitely rent again, no questions asked. Suggestions: We really enjoyed the Wine Bar and The Olde Bryan Inn -Thanks for a wonderful stay.

A Wonderful House for a Large Group

As so many others have noted, this was a wonderful house for our extended family of 11. More than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our crew. The large kitchen/den setup was just perfect for us, as we stayed indoors for much our visit due to rain. In fact, given the celebratory weekend at Skidmore College, which filled the restaurants, as well as the weather, we prepared our own dinner one night and had a local chef prepare a delicious one the second. Both were very easy to accomplish in the roomy kitchen. And the entire house was perfectly clean and orderly. Such a great place for a weekend, but I regret to note a few petty annoyances such as a reminder to bring our own soap and shampoo and not one box of tissues in the house. Just an ideal place for a large group. Highly recommended.

Wedding Weekend in Saratoga

We rented this property for our family and small bridal party to stay during our wedding weekend and it was absolutely incredible! The host was communicative and responsive and made our stay easy and wonderful! The house is absolutely beautiful with ample space and located within walking distance of downtown! Great Race Weekend in downtown Toga

Had a great stay with a group of 12 friends for a race weekend. House was everything expected and more….walkable to town and track….great front porch and game room for hanging out and plenty of space to accommodate all 12 of us. Charles was easy to communicate with and everything was smooth from check in to check out. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Perfect!

From our first communication with the owner to our last day at this gorgeous house, we could not have asked for more. The house set up allows for everyone to find a space to relax - whether outside on the porch, in the “man cave” (pool table and ping pong table) or in any number of spots inside, you can find solitude. Truly no need to wander far as it is located within walking distance to any number of high quality restaurants, shops, and pubs, as well as easy access to parks, the horse track, etc. In a word - perfect. Highly recommend!

Amazing!

We were a group of 11, in Saratoga for our 35th Skidmore College reunion. The house was perfect! Walk to downtown. Great spaces for hanging out. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great porch and plenty of parking. The owner, Charles, was great to work with. We're already talking about making the Saratoga trip an annual event and would definitely stay here again!!

Highly Recommended!

This is such a great house. Everyone was so comfortable. The location is perfect. So close to everything, yet somehow quiet and peaceful inside and out. The pingpong and pool table are added bonus. Kitchen is fun for cooking and socializing at the same time. I hope to return to this gem again!!!

Perfect retreat for friends or family in Saratoga Springs

Our little group of five old friends from across NY state and CT convened this week to celebrate friendship. This gracious home, well-maintained and outfitted with quality appointments, gave us the warm gathering spot for sharing stories, and the well-appointed bedroom/bathroom suites for complete privacy. We enjoyed a roaring fireplace with comfortable seating before and after dinner, and lazy breakfasts as we ambled into the kitchen. The location was perfect, an easy walk or short ride to many popular restaurants and shops on/off Broadway. We took a walking tour of Saratoga Springs and discovered how the fault line of the shifting of teutonic plates created the park and springs directly across the street with its 9/11 monument. We loved being in this special home and look forward to returning.
