The first floor features a large open living room, an adjacent kitchen and dining area. This space is perfect for entertaining, sharing a meal together or enjoying an evening of games. Take advantage of the fact that this home has TWO Master bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor has a King bedroom and full bathroom. The second Master bedroom, on the 2nd floor, features a King bed as well as a large private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on this floor feature one with a Queen and the other with two sets of bunk beds (twin over double). These two bedrooms share a full hall bathroom. This home is located adjacent to the new bike trail which connects to Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park, Rehoboth Beach and soon all the way to Georgetown, Delaware.

Friday to Friday rental.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
