The villa is located 2kms from the medieval village of Tourrettes sur Loup, easy access, full sun facing south and west,
it is a villa which is for the first time to rent with luxury services and a Provencal and current spirit, the villa is AIR-CONDITIONED
The magnificent living room of 86 m² opens onto the terrace and the garden with 4 bay windows, and has a fireplace with insert, the Provencal kitchen opens onto a beautiful covered terrace facing the pool, 2 beautiful bedrooms on the ground ground floor each have a private bathroom and are equipped with queen size beds, guest wc, and upstairs 2 beautiful bedrooms open onto a superb panoramic roof terrace, bathroom dressing room and separate wc.
The house is very comfortable in winter with gas central heating on the floor.
The garden is flat, fully enclosed, in a green setting not overlooked, with a ball games area and a beautiful HEATED swimming pool (28 °) from the beginning of April to the end of October,

The villa is located 5 minutes by car or 20 mins walk from Tourrettes by a hiking path, the city of Vence is 10 mins by car (festival of southern nights in summer), 10 mins from Saint Paul de Vence, 20 minutes from the Polygone Riviera center and its shops and 3/4 hour from Nissa la bella, Monaco and the Italian border are 1 hour away and winter skiing in isola 2000 or Auron is 1 hour and a half away. go to the day.

September stay during RWC

Lovely property and location, plenty of space, lots of room for a group of eight adults (4 couples)- lovely pool, excellent walks nearby, very friendly and helpful host (Aude), super garden views and lots of space indoor and out for dining and fun times. The ideal spot for us to spend some time between two rugby weekends in Nice. Would love to visit again.

Fantastic Villa

Everything was absolutely perfect. The villa had French charm with modern luxuries, beautiful pool and air conditioning in bedrooms. Every appliance, cooking utensil, crockery and glass you could want. Fantastic BBQ again with every utensil needed. In easy drivable, taxi journey to amazing restaurants. Aude was an amazing, caring and wondering host and totally accessible. We absolutely loved our holiday and would definitely recommend to all. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We will definitely return.

heel ruime villa op rustige locatie

Wij verbleven 1 week in deze villa met onze drie kinderen (jongvolwassenen). De villa is heel ruim en rustig gelegen, het domein is afgesloten met een automatische poort. Het meubilair en de aankleding zijn wat gedateerd, maar dat is duidelijk op de foto's, dus geen verrassingen. Er is één volledig vernieuwde badkamer met grote douche. Alle ruimtes behalve de keuken en badkamers hebben airco. Er is een aangenaam zwembad en een overdekt terras. Het huis was heel proper en er stond een vers boeket zonnebloemen op tafel wat we heel sympathiek vonden. De ontvangst door Agnes was top! Toen er een probleem was met de wifi, is zij meteen langsgekomen en ze heeft de provider gebeld om dit op te lossen, dit hebben we enorm geapprecieerd. Wij bezochten Nice, Cannes, Antibes en Grasse. Deze villa vinden wij een aanrader.

Great stay at lovely villa in beautiful surroundings

We - a group of adults aged 26-89 - greatly enjoyed our stay at this villa! Its layout with four bedrooms and several bathrooms suited our needs well. The photos are very representative of the villa and its beautiful large garden. We enjoyed the outdoor dining area and the heated pool greatly! The villa is also very well equipped. We were welcomed by Aude, who also responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. We recommend this villa warmly and will definitely be back.

SUPER SEMAINE !

2 familles avec de grands enfants (16 à 22 ans). Belle maison avec des extérieurs très agréables et parfaitement entretenu. Très calme. Un séjour spacieux. Des petits détails appréciables : papier toilette, linge chambre-cuisine-salle de bain-piscine ainsi que savon à main-gel douche sont à disposition. Seul bémol : les coussins des chaises extérieures peu confortables.

Superbe villa !

La villa est vraiment très spacieuse et bien équipée, idéale pour profiter des vacances et du soleil. L'emplacement est aussi très intéressant : Tourettes sur Loup qui est un beau petit village, Vence et St Paul de Vence tout près et grasse et Nice à seulement 30 mn Accueil parfait également. Merci !

Fantastische villa!

Fantastische villa! Ruim en zeer prive gelegen. Ideale ligging om fiets- en wandeltochten te ondernemen. Prachtige tuin, mooi overdekt terras en heerlijk zwembad. Huis volledig voorzien van air conditioning. Ruime en gezellige woonkamer. We komen vast en zeker een keer terug.

10 Tage Aufenthalt

Alles in allem **** und zu empfehlen. Jedoch ist das ganze Objekt kleiner, als es auf den Bildern (Weitwinkel!) aussieht. Jedoch angenehmes Ambiente. Nur 1 Zimmer mit Dusche, die anderen mit Badewanne (keine Duschvorhänge). Es sollte öfters gelüftet werden. Beim Betreten muffelte das Haus ziemlich. Die Strasse hinter dem Haus hört man etwas - zum Glück hat es nur wenig Verkehr. Die ersten 2 Tage funktionierten nur die Poollampen, danach nur noch die Lampen im Garten. Obwohl Aude alles tat, das Makel zu beheben, blieb es dabei. War etwas schade fürs Ambiente ... Das Gartenmobiliar sollte gegen bessere Qualität ausgetauscht werden. Die Duschköpfe könnte man entkalken. Die Küche ist (Gewürze-technisch) gut eingerichtet. Pfannen könnte man teils auswechseln. In ein paar Autominuten Entfernung liegt Das Altstädtchen „Tourrettes-sur-Loup“, das man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Noch nie sowas gesehen - es lohnt sich! Zur Rechten und Linken liegen Nizza & Cannes - beide sind in 45 min. (Auto) zu erreichen. Grasse liegt noch etwas näher. Dank an Aude für die gute & freundliche Kommunikation!

Propriété au calme et accueil parfait

Dès le premier contact , les choses se sont bien déroulées . Informations précises et accueil très chaleureux de la part d Agnès en l absence de la propriétaire. Le départ sera du même très bon niveau. Quant à la propriété, elle est idéalement placée au calme absolu et pourtant à 5 minutes du merveilleux village de tourettes .. bien plus vivant que saint Paul de Vence .. la piscine était toujours chaude et limpide , les moustiques peu présents cette semaine .. et tout le matériel mis à disposition nous convenait . La wifi était parfois aléatoire mais cela était certainement dû au charme de certaines maisons encore un peu isolées du centre ville .. si l on peut dire. Bref c est une propriété correspondant très bien a l annonce .. excellent. Merci !

Blissful stay in beautiful home

Staying in Aude's property was exactly what I was hoping for...spacious, open living space...lots of sliding doors letting in an abundance of light, clean and well appointed...Aude was very responsive to any question we had and was only a phone call away...the home and grounds were just perfect for our 10 day stay...on a quiet lane but close to wherever we wanted to explore...I recommend walking down the farther down the lane and over the bridge to view the scenery...spectacular...

Super Villa in sehr schöner Umgebung

Die Villa liegt in einer sehr schönen Umgebung nahe dem kleinen Ort Tourrettes-Sur-Loup. Super Villa mit herrlichem warmen Pool. Die Besitzerin hat auf uns gewartet bei der Ankunft und alles erklärt. Sie hatte sogar kleine Willkommens Geschenke für uns, unter anderem Süßigkeiten fuer unsere Tochter. Das Internet funktionierte am ersten Tag nicht und die Besitzerin Aude hat sich unmittelbar darum gekümmert und alles war in Ordnung innerhalb von ein paar Stunden. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Woche dort trotz des schlechten Wetters. Aber der warme Swimmingpool und die vielfältigen Möglichkeiten an Spielen, die im Haus sind, haben uns fuer das schlechte Wetter ersetzt. Die Lage der Villa ist sehr gut. Grosses Lebensmittelgeschäft in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto und Vence und Nizza sind auch schnell zu erreichen. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Villa mit typisch französischem Charme.

Fantastic family villa, would highly recommend!

We’ve just got back from a fantastic weeks holiday at this villa. The villa is easy to find and is only a 35 minute journey from Nice Airport. The location is great to explore the mountain villages/Towns. Tourrettes-Sur-Loup is under 5 minutes away and is a lovely little medieval village which will meet all your day to day requirements (boulangerie/Boucherie etc). Vence is very pretty and again is only a 15-20 minute drive and gas ample restaurants/Cafes. Other places such as Grasse are within easy reach and even Antibes and Monaco are both under the hour. The villa itself is located in a very quiet area. The villa has a very traditional/homely feel both inside and out. Outside there are multiply seating areas, a fantastic heated swimming pool with plenty of sun beds, ping pong and pétanque areas and a lovely level, mature and secure garden for kids to enjoy. There is also ample parking which is accessed through the electronic gates to the property. The villa also has very effective security lighting across the garden. Internally there are 4 good sized bedrooms and ample bathrooms/WCs and all showers/baths worked really well and were always sufficiently hot. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need and opens nicely into one of the outdoor seating areas making it a very sociable area. There is a lovely open plan dining/lounge area which again is a great space to relax after a long day out. The sofas are laid out well again making it a very sociable area. The TV works well including Netflix (in English). There is even a bar and piano to entertain your guests! The owner Aude had been fantastic right from the start. She had responded to all of our queries quickly and efficiently before and during our stay. She met us to give us a guided tour when we first arrived and was also very helpful when we checked out due to an early flight. All in all we could not fault the villa or the service that we were provided from start to finish and would highly recommend the villa to all both in terms of a great location for a south of France holiday and the service that you will receive.

A beautiful villa in a stunning location, quiet & peaceful, very tranquil. I would highly recommend this property it was a very relaxing holiday. Very near to Tourette’s sur Loup which is a beautiful place with lots of charm. A big pool, table tennis & boules kept us all entertained. the owner was most helpful and responded quickly to any queries.
