LAZY RIVER & BAY VIEWS TO SOOTHE THE SOUL!! FIRST FLOOR UNIT!! Phoenix on the Bay II, Unit #2104. Want to enjoy your vacation in an updated first floor luxury condo? Look no further than this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at Phoenix on the Bay II. Bring the family and score some points for booking this wonderful condo!! While here, relax and enjoy each other as you make wonderful memories in this fabulously decorated condo.

THE SPACE: Enjoy cooking for the family on top-of-the-line stainless appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. There's a coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. There's seating for six in the dining area and two swivel stools at the bar. The living room has a big screen tv, recliner, chair and queen size sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the master bath has double vanities, jetted tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the bath has a tub/shower combination. Enjoy time on the patio with a loveseat, two chairs along with a high-top table and two chairs for a beautiful view of the bay. Bring the family and score some points for booking this wonderful condo!

THE PROPERTY: You can enjoy the POOL and LAZY RIVER with the family or play TENNIS on the roof-top court (racquets and balls provided at the front desk). Note: The water slide was removed in 2022. The little ones will enjoy the KIDDIE POOL with fountains. Raining? Not a problem, swim in the INDOOR HEATED POOL, soak in the HOT TUBS, work out in the FITNESS FACILITY or rejuvenate in the SAUNA. Guests are asked to provide their own swim floats for the lazy river. Spend time on the dock and fishing pier watching the boats in the bay. There is a private area with umbrellas to lay out and relax by the sandy bay beach and the kids can play in the sand and water (supervision required). There's a grilling area with concrete tables and benches to picnic. This reservation does not include a boat slip. You may call the front desk to reserve.

THE AREA: Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theatre. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Other local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

Long weekend
We were in town for a wedding and decided to make a long weekend out of it. The condo was great. It had everything we needed! Spacious, extra blankets, seasoning, all kitchen and grilling utensils. It was a great location over looking the marina. Short walk to the pier or the pool. Make sure to bring your own beach towels and floats for the lazy river. Since Covid they no longer provide them.

Perfect!
The accommodations were awesome. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures. Have stayed in other units there but this place is superior to the others. Stephanie makes it simple to book and check in is simple. This is our favorite place to stay.

Spring Break Stay
Very clean, safe property. There was an upgrade to the internet, which affected the cable. The response to correct the issue was almost immediate. I would rent this place again. Great place if you have a boat as well.

Amazing Condo
What a wonderful place to stay and relax. Watching the sun rise in the early mornings from your outside patio. Lazy River is all anyone needs. Stephanie is a gracious host and seamless process from check in to check out. My favorite place.

21st Birthday Trip for my daughter
We celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday There is week. The Condo was gorgeous, plenty of room and great location within the resort itself. We had an AMAZING view are the boats as well as still being able to see the pool area. Above all the owner was easy to deal with We will be back.

Awesome condo and great location!
This 2/2 condo is just perfect for my wife and I. We enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and watching activity on Terry Cove. Close enough to all area attractions but yet in a very quiet setting. The condo is well equipped and we had everything thing we needed. Condo was very clean and Stephanie is just the nicest person to work with.

Wife’s Birthday/vacation stay

Relaxing winter getaway
Love the location of this condo rental. It’s just the right size and has all the amenities my husband and I need. The view is beautiful and has a quaint outside sitting area, as well as benches on the dock to watch the sunset and dolphins. Very clean and beautiful decor.

Hurricane Ida Evacuation
We were looking to get a way to some electricity and some WiFi after Hurricane Ida took out most of our Parish. What better place to do that than the beach! We had never stayed on the bay before. Phoenix on the Bay II was the perfect choice. The pool was perfect for the kids. The WiFi was suitable for my husband to get back to work. The drive to the beach was very short. We had one issue where the dining table area did not feel very clean and we had a little ant problem. But we contacted Stephanie and she handled it immediately and within 30 minutes the ant issue was resolved. I was very impressed! The rest of the condo was very clean. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we will visit again!

It was a great stay, location, even the beds were comfortable! Only thing is I would check with the cleaning company as the floors as not been cleaned. We couldn’t walk around barefoot because our feet would be completely black. Over all would definitely stay again!!

Lovely getaway
Lovely unit with great view. The unit was very clean and we are fussy about this. Nice size and well outfitted. Stephanie was great when we had any questions or concerns and was extremely prompt in getting back to us. This location is close to many of Orange Beach's amenities and attractions.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and easy to get to. The pools were smaller than we thought, but the kids enjoyed them. It took us a while to figure out the Smart TVs, but we finally did. Our grandson loved the fishing and the pool slide.
