House on one floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms,. Very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Nice porch where to enjoy meals. It also has satellite television.

Nice garden with flowers and natural grass. Kidney shaped pool of 8m x 4.5m. BBQ area with terrace.

Belle villa

Très belle propriété dans beau quartier. Les deux choses à revoir sont le manque de climatisation et les moustiques très présents aux alentours de la villa.

Toller Urlaub

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einem wunder schönen Ferienhaus genossen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Der Pool wird super gepflegt. Der Umgebung ist einmalig. Unsere beiden Hunde haben sich auch mega wohl gefühlt.

Magnifiques vacances

Belle maison, confortable et très agréable. Bien équipée, extérieur magnifique. Nous avons apprécié la ville de Javea et le quartier. Excellent séjour, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Toller Aufenthalt

Unsere Ferien in diesem Haus waren wundervoll. Patrick ist so freundlich und unkompliziert, was für uns super war. Das Haus ist klein, aber hat alles was man braucht. Vor allem für einen Aufenthalt mit Hunden ist das Haus und das Grundstück toll. Wir hätten es uns nicht schöner vorstellen können. Die Gegend ist auch sehr ruhig. Das Einzige was vor allem Abends und Nachts schwierig war, waren die vielen Stechmücken. Rundum war es für diesem Preis wirklich prima!

Todo estupendo

Hemos estado muy bien en el alojamiento. La villa está muy bien ubicada, cerca de la cala El Portitxol. La piscina y la barbacoa fantásticas! La casa bien equipada, con los baños y la cocina reformados. Por ponerle algún pero, había muchos mosquitos, aunque eso no es responsabilidad del propietario, y sería estupendo si tuviera aire acondicionado, aunque no todos los días eran muy calurosos y además teníamos ventiladores. La atención inmediata y perfecta!!

Une location agréable... mais moustiques !

Séjour du 13 au 27/07/2019 Le point fort de cette location : l'extérieur très bien entretenu , mais peut être la conséquence de l'arrosage tous les 2 jours : une présence très importante cette année de moustiques qui nous ont beaucoup piqués au bord de la piscine et dans le patio. .. La personne qui nous a accueillis et qui était notre contact (Mr RONDA) est très disponible et sympathique. Un manque : un vrai four, sinon, très bonne literie, salles d'eau rénovées

maison espagnole très agréable dans un coin tranquille

La maison est située dans une impasse au calme, avec un jardin très agréable et une piscine de bonne taille/profondeur, ce qui est très bien pour les adolescents. Les 2 salles d'eaux sont très récentes et la cuisine a été en partie refaite, elle est assez vaste et très fonctionnelle (vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner). L'accès à la 3ème chambre se fait par la cuisine. Il n'y a pas de vis-à-vis. La vue est agréable. Le jardin arboré permet quelques points d'ombres très agréable. Le gestionnaire, Patrick RONDA assure un excellent accueil et est toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons cette location.

Maison très agréable, bien située à proximité des commerces, plage, crique et restaurant

Cadre agréable, jardin et piscine bien entretenues, belle exposition, calme et reposant. Grande chambre avec salle de bain indépendante, recommandée pour 2 couples ou 1 couple et des enfants. Beaucoup de balade, de marché et de visite à faire, plage de Xabia très sympa et animée le soir. Manque équipement dans la cuisine (pas de four, frigo trop petit et à l’extérieure barbecue peu pratique ...). Propriétaire sympathique et disponible.

Leuk huis in mooie omgeving

Wij hebben als gezin van vijf personen (vader, moeder en 3 tieners) twee weken hier vakantie gevierd. Het is ons erg goed bevallen. Het huis heeft 3 slaapkamers waarvan 2 met badkamer met elk een douche en een toilet. De slaapkamer zonder badkamer heeft een tweepersoons bed. Van de andere 2 kamers heeft er nog een een tweepersoons bed en een 2 eenpersoons bedden. De slaapkamers hebben prima bedden. Ze zijn niet heel groot en verder standaard ingericht. Er is niet nog een apart toilet in het huis dus de gebruiker van de derde slaapkamer moet voor douche of toiletgebruik gebruik maken van de badkamer van een van de andere twee slaapkamers. Die kan je ook alleen via die slaapkamers bereiken. Wel minder geschikt als je elkaar niet goed kent dus. De badkamers zelf zijn prima. De woonkamer is goed ingericht en je kan hier zonder problemen met 5 personen zitten. Er is TV met voornamelijk Duitse zenders. Wifi is aanwezig. Het heeft een fatsoenlijke eettafel en een groot raam met zicht op de veranda. Alle ramen in het huis die open kunnen hebben horren tegen insecten. De keuken is ruim en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Een grote koelkast met vriesgedeelte, een vaatwasser, wasmachine en combi-magnetron. Ook pannen, servies, bestek, etc. Is er voldoende. Koken doe je op een 4-pits gasstel. Het huis heeft geen airco, maar die hebben we maar weinig gemist. Het huis bleef steed redelijk koel. De tuin en het zwembad zien er mooi uit en hier zijn we dan ook veel geweest. Om de paar dagen werden tuin en zwembad onderhouden. Dit gebeurde altijd vroeg in de morgen zodat je er eigenlijk niets van merkte. Door de ligging van het zwembad heb je 's morgens en 's avonds weinig tot geen zon in het zwembad in de zomer. Het zwembad en directe omgeving ligt dan in de schaduw. Of je dat wel of juist niet prettig vindt is persoonlijk Op de foto's zie je achter het zwembad een bomenrij die echter in de zomer van 2016 net zijn omgehakt. Je hebt daardoor wel meer zon en zicht op de buurt achter het huis (mooi uitzicht) maar bent zelf ook meer zichtbaar voor de omgeving. Als de planten nog wat meer gaan groeien zul je waarschijnlijk wat meer privacy hebben. Het huis staat in de urbanisatie El Tosalet. Dit is een mooie wijk die vol staat met mooie woningen. De wijk is heel erg groen, bloemrijk en heuvelachtig en ziet er prachtig uit. De beheerder is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hebben genoten en raden dit huis zeker aan!
