Villa Acqua is one of the Lefkas G-Villas, a complex of villas builded, with the latest principles of eco-friendly houses; Features like these are its environmental friendly orientation, the green materials that they were used, the curved roofs aiding airflow for natural ventilation, green vegetable garden e.t.c.

Villa Acqua, offers you the chance to live a more relaxed pace of life, in pure opulence within the picturesque setting of Marantochori village, in the southwest side of Lefkada only 10 minutes drive, away from the sea. Enjoying the view of idyllic hillsides full of trees and feeling that you are in a small paradise.

Villa Acqua is private, autonomous, filled with trees and flowers, with its own entrance, parking and swimming pool with pool furniture, where you can enjoy your coffee or lunch next to the pool.

It can accommodate from 2 to 6 people, with 2 master bedrooms (king size bed), one wooden mezzanine with one single bed and one large sofa bed. Both master bedrooms are ensuite, with shower or bath tub, and there is also a third communal bathroom with shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with all the required electrical appliances.

The stylish interior offers an elegant fireplace, high quality ceramic tiles and atmospheric recessed lighting throughout. There is also fast Wi-Fi internet connection and smart TV, that allows to watch Netflix. Outside, Villa Acqua has a private swimming pool.

Terms & Policies
Smoking it’s not allowed in the villas.
Check-in time 16.00 P.M, check-out time until 10.30 A.M. (flexible time during off peak periods).
Twice a week bed linen and towels will be changed and house cleaning (included on price). Beach towels not included.
Once a week pool close at 19.00 PM and reopen at 10.00 A.M next day for weekly cleaning maintenance.
House and swimming pool cleaning time are negotiable with the guests.

More than dreamy vacation

We stayed at Villa Acqua, the first week of the summer holidays with our five year old daughter and three year old son. I'd read the reviews and seen the pictures before booking so had fairly high expectations but was totally blow away by just how beautiful Villa Acqua is. There are more towels, pillows and blankets than you will ever need, we loved the vegetable garden, where we could have our own vegetables, like tomatoes for our salad. The kitchen is better equipped than mine at home! Nefeli was super helpful in every request he might had. If you are looking for self catering on Lefkada, you won't be disappointed :)

While it is located in the center of Marantochori village, the area is very quiet allowing you to relax, breathe and wander while you are listening nature's sounds. Close your eyes and imagine yourself next to the pool in a sunny day, while the summer breeze is chilling your face and your mind is relaxing with the bird's song.

We are very strict with our cleaning rules and procedure to ensure that you will be worry-free upon your arrival. It is a private accommodation and no-one apart from our housekeeping team is accessing it.
