This fairway condo is on second level with panoramic fairway and water views overlooking Sea Trail Maples Golf Course and is located ONLY 1.9 miles from Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is an unspoiled barrier island beach with fine white sand and a wildlife sanctuary on the west end. This condo location is convenient for both golf and beach enthusiasts looking for a relaxing vacation in a resort setting. The condo is non-smoking and has two bedrooms/two full baths with 1 queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has a private adjoining bath. There are 3 flat panel televisions with a large screen in the living room, WIFI and a DVD player for the ultimate in entertainment enjoyment. The condo has beautiful vinyl plank wood-grain flooring and cozy furniture throughout! There are ceiling fans in every room and central heat & air allowing for any level of comfort. The condo has a laundry room with a full-sized washer/dryer. The floor plan is open and spacious with adjoining kitchen, dining and living areas. The main area of the condo has sliding glass doors that open to a large screened porch for outside seating to enjoy the coastal wildlife and scenic course views. The kitchen features a raised bar for additional dining space and a dining area with four chairs and a table. The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, full-size refrigerator and range. The master bedroom is located in the front of the condo floor plan adjacent to the main area of the condo. The second bedroom has a private entry with and includes an additional seating area and kitchenette. The kitchenette area includes a sink, refrigerator and microwave. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service are included.

Open and cozy. Definitely a return vacation spot. Needs a little detail cleaning. Under couch, beds, bathtub drains, and overhead vents need some TLC. Overall, a great place to stay!

Sea Trail II Condo @Sunset Beach

The property was properly listed and clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. It was minutes from the beach and very peaceful at the condo. Highly recommend Sea trail II condos for a peaceful home away from home stay.

Beautiful quiet clean condo, roomy enough for 4 adults, supplied well for cooking. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Easy access to store and beach. Enjoyed eating at restaurants at nearby Calabash and shopping at Shallotte. Surrounded by wonderful golf courses. The beach at Sunset is perfect. Plan to visit again.

Great location! Close to Sunset Beach and a short drive to all the fun places in Calabash. Condo was clean, spacious and nicely decorated and appointed. The clubhouse was a great place to hangout on a rainy day - indoor pool, game room with pool table and shuffleboard, sports bar/cafe.

This place was amazing. Clean, spacious, quiet and a very short drive to the beach.

We booked last minute and the communication was quick confirming our stay. I would suggest more information on how to get access to the pool. We lucked out one day as someone let us in but it appears you needed a key card for access and we didn’t realize it. That was the last day so really not an issue.

The condo was lovely. The only issue we had was there was only a keurig machine, even though they left a pkg. of complimentary ground coffee, and when we left a message at the contact number regarding the regular coffee machine we never received a call back during our stay.

Upon entry, the air was a little stale, but that was remedied by the HVAC system. The site was clean, everything I used worked. Being at the beach, the ocean related decor was a delight and the bedding was comfortable. In addition, the view off the deck was pretty. So what was the shortcoming? We were there when the weather was not the most favorable - a lot of rain the week before Christmas 2022. It is then that you want a good TV system. We had access to 3 TV's, but only the smaller one in the bedroom had streaming ability. I highly recommend that streaming service be added to the larger TV in the living room.

Overall

The unit is spacious but needs some loving care. The biggest complaint was the tub and sink were not draining in the bathroom so had to take a shower with tub full of water. It took the tub to drain 2 hours or more so this has been an issue for some time. The walls were dirty in bathroom along with both tub and sink not draining. I had to ask the question the cleaning people should have caught the issues which makes me question the cleaning of this unit. My first experience with this type of rental not inpressed.
