Located near the exotic Moroccan-style Coquina Pool on the Gulf side of Highway 30-A in Rosemary Beach. Just seven hundred feet to the beach - down the boardwalk to the Eastern Green, where you will find a deck with the Florida Panhandle’s best views of the Emerald Coast and its spectacular sunsets. Inside, there is a full staircase, much safer and easier to negotiate than ladders or spiral stairs (relatively rare in Rosemary Beach).

Amazing location and beautiful spot

It is a cute little spot with excellent amenities, the pool is less than 30 feet away, and beach access and restaurants are 5-minute walk. Overall great experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This little carriage house is adorable - and in a great location! This was our first trip to 30A and it was close to everything. Such a great feature to have the bikes there to use! The internet signal was very weak. They were so attentive with their service to try and fix it, but it was not suitable to work from there. We would definitely go back!

Perfect rental in Rosemary

My daughter and I got away for a quick 4 day trip to Rosemary. The Belize Carriage House was perfect for us. The location was great as it was an easy walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Fun in Rosemary!

Wonderful time in Rosemary Beach with my two girls! The property was just perfect for our girls trip. This sweet little cottage is perfectly appointed within steps to the beach, the pool and the village. It's also stocked with all the amenities needed to make the trip relaxing and enjoyable. Great little place in an amazing community

We loved everything and the community is great. It be warned that the garage underneath the facility (which is a separate bldg known as a “carriage house”) is a shared garage. We were not aware of this and when the neighbor accessed it at 4:30am we wrongly assumed someone was breaking in. It was VERY loud and totally unexpected since VRBO claims the y you rent the whole house. Other than that misunderstanding all went perfectly.

Price vs. Quality: A Growing Gap

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It seems the price to stay here has increased faster than the owner's willingness to invest in improvements. At this price point, basic expectations like blackout curtains and a fully cleaned restroom (things need replacing, not just "cleaning").

Rosemary beach getaway

This was a great place to stay for the 3 of us. It is super close to the beach and the bike trails make it so easy. We got to meet the property owner and he couldn’t have been more gracious, even offering to go to the grocery store for us. We throughly enjoyed our time!
