Beautiful mountain retreat

The house is at the top of the neighborhood looking down on a Christmas tree farm and beautiful sunsets. The other side catches the morning sun and parts of the golf course below.

Surise and Sunset at 4,000 feet

This home ended up being all we expected it to be. The stay could not have been better. There are 2 decks, one faces sunset and the other faces the sunrise. What more could you want?

Views for days!

My family and our pets spent the Christmas holiday here and it was quite the relaxing getaway! The views were majestic and the weather perfect. The house was comfortable and our host did a great job of checking in and making sure if we needed anything during our stay. I will say that if you are coming during the winter month, definitely bring your all wheel drive or your 4x4 because the steep trek to the house is a ride but worth it once you get to this small slice of heaven. We will definitely make plans to come back to 'Sunset Z' as we felt very much at home here!

Amazing views

We loved our stay here! The 360º views are awesome and it feels very private. The property is also centrally located to any area attraction. A short drive to Banner Elk, Boone, etc. But if you want to stay in, the place is cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Mountain Retreat

This property was my fist VRBO experience and it was a GREAT one 👍🏻 The owner and house exceeded my expectations. The views are stunning at anytime of day particularly at sunset. The location was perfect. We were within minutes of Banner Elk, Boone, Sugar and Beech Mountain with a Grocery store just down the road. This property is very comfortable and spacious. We had Everything we needed. We will definitely be back 😊
