In the Collioure natural area, the property is just 4 minutes' walk from the first little-known cove of summer tourism, where you can quickly spot many fish. On both sides you will reach on foot by garrigue paths to sandy beaches much more frequented or you can either lounge or go by sailboat.
The property has been completely renovated to offer a holiday home where everything is thought of for your comfort. You can cool off in its large swimming pool or in the shade of its huts, enjoy its magnificent Mediterranean garden, grill the fish of the day or the typical musclade in one of its shaded barbecues.
20 mins walk you will reach the historic center of Collioure where like Derain and Matisse you will succumb to its charm. You can taste fresh fish or a good seafood platter at one of the many restaurants along the edges of the
beaches. You will love its night and day markets, its typical Catalan boats in garish colors, the famous Music Festival "Les Déferlantes" at Argeles Plages, the water parks, the visit of the many vineyards, the First Marine Reserve of France between Cerbére and Banyuls, the classified and protected site of Anse de Paullille, all nearby.

Beautiful property

We were fortunate that, unusually, the property was available during the winter. Our extended family stayed 12 nights over the Christmas/New Year holidays. We received a warm welcome from Marie Claire and were pleased to find a decorated Christmas tree in the living room. We enjoyed the location, a short walk to the Mediterranean, and a 15-18 minute walk to Collioure. The grounds have parking for multiple vehicles, which is useful.A very memorable holiday!!

Beautiful Collioure

We had a lovely holiday here as a family with our two small dogs, The accommodation is spacious and excellent. There are several places to eat in the garden which has beautiful flowers.There is an easy walk to the beach and a slightly more challenging walk to Collioure, which we loved. The shop in the adjacent campsite is very good. The garden was safe and secure for our dogs but there isn't a fence around the pool or a pool cover.

Wonderful!

We loved it! Marie Claire and Jeremie were so helpful and welcoming. The house and its surrounding really is even better than the photographs, it’s perfectly designed (we were a family of seven across three generations), equipped and located. We really enjoyed Plage de L’Ouille 10 mins walk away, and lovely Collioure.

Absolutely wonderful

We went for my father in laws 80th birthday, with family travelling from as far away as Australia with a 7 year old and two teenagers. It was a fantastic holiday. The house exceeded all of our expectations and the hosts were magnificent.

Paradise in the South of France

We loved the expansive property with multiple seating areas, outdoor kitchen, pristine pool and proximity to Collioure, Racou and Argelès-sur-Mer. The house is even nicer than shown in the pictures and Marie Clare and Jeremy were excellent hosts. 10/10 stay.

Perfect vacation home

The house and the garden are perfect. Better than the photographs, if that is possible. Everything was as we had hoped for. We had young children in our group and every extra they needed was available for us. Even the swimming pool was safe for them as it is not located very close to the house. The only problem that we had during our stay was when we needed an ambulance (due to appendicitis) and we couldn’t give them the exact address of the place. Maybe that was because of language problems. But Jeremy solved it perfectly by driving us to the hospital. So, even that incident went well in the end.

Traumhaftes Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir verbrachten eine tolle Woche mit 2 Familien und Hund. Besonders gut gefiel uns die Lage direkt am Meer und die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten in der Außenanlage. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely villa in a great location

The villa is bigger and nicer than the photos show. The outside area is beautiful. It’s a 15 minute walk to collioure and less than 10 minutes to a beach with a beach bar.

We did not want to leave!

We did not want to leave this lovely secluded, spotless house with a large pool, surrounded by apple and olive trees. The house is really well equipped with anything you need for cooking, with 2 BBQ areas for eating al fresco. Great for fun activities with toys and a table tennis table. Easy to find, with beach access just 5 minutes away. Its a short walk from Coulliere town (although quite a steep hill back!) which has a bustling market, lovely restaurants and a castle.

Belle maison, très beau jardin

Nous avons vecu la semaine dehors avec les 3 extérieurs distincts tres jolis et très bien équipés ( transats, parasols canapés, fauteuils confortables et coquets). 10mn à pied pour aller sur la plage en galets, 5mn par le camping sur les rochets. Epicerie du camping proche très bien fournie et juste un peu plus chère. Centre de Collioure à 20 mn à pied, ça monte et ca descend par un chemin sans trop de voiture. Le train est visible mais peu derangeant. Par contre la route de la corniche surplombe la villa, même si elle est cachée par la vegetation. On l entend quand pas de vent. Ce serait le paradis sans cette voie! Il faut dire que j ai une hyper sensibilité au bruit.

The property was large, clean and had everything you could wish for. All the cooking items. It is on a lovely setting, it had a number of areas to sit -in the shade and out, and also different places to eat. We had breakfast in one place and dinner somewhere else. The weather was hot but there was a breeze most days.

Propriété avec piscine à 5mn à pied de la mer

Grande propriété bien entretenue avec bel espace piscine et 2 autres espaces barbecues /repas trés agréables . Grande maison avec tout le confort ,trés propre ,rien ne manque .Seul bémol la proximité de la route et de la voie de chemin de fer mais comme on est dans un écrin de nature ce n'est pas génant .Et surtout on est à 5 mn à pied de la mer dans une zone naturelle protégée .Ajouté à cela de hotes accueillants . Bref un séjour trés agréable .

Fantastischer Urlaub

Wir ( sieben Erwachsene) waren im Juni in der wunderschönen Villa. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch Marie-Claire waren sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, die Gartenanlage ist ein Traum. Es gibt nichts, das wir ändern würden :-) ! Collioure - ein wirklich besuchenswertes Städtchen - ist sehr nah und auch zu Fuss problemlos zu erreichen. Ebenso der Strand. Einzig der Verkehrslärm der nahen Strasse ist ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das liebevoll eingerichtete Haus und der traumhafte Garten entschädigen absolut dafür. Herzlichen Dank dem Besitzer und Marie-Claire!

Fantastic property

We arrived tired at the property and were met by Marie Claire who could not have been more friendly . The house was immaculate with modern appliances and a lovely garden with areas for everyone to enjoy themselves . The pool was cleaned and maintained regularly and we even spent a day with the owners family and friends . A fantastic stay with the beautiful town of Collioure very close by . Ideal for family reunion

We had a wonderful time with family and friends from Australia, New York, Holland and Curacao. The property is very large; inside it's very nicely decorated and the garden is large with many areas to sit and lounge. It felt like home and that's what we look for in a vacation house. Marie Claire and Jeremy were very attentive and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our long overdue family reunion!

Tout est superbe

Aussi bien a l'intérieur que dans le jardin tout est fait avec goût. Cette maison est généreuse, tout est prévu et fonctionnel, la literie est très confortable, la propreté à tous les niveaux. Great family villa

Perfect family villa for our group. We enjoyed all the eating and sitting areas, as well as the pool, table tennis and table football. The accommodation is very stylish. Great location with walks to several beaches very close by. We visited Collioure, as well as Racou and other areas. As previously mentioned, there is a road and railway nearby, but this was not an issue for us. We would highly recommend.

Haus mit grosszügiger Gartenanlage und Pool

Das gemietete Haus hat sehr schöne Zimmer, ein grosses Wohnzimmer und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Outdoor-Kochmöglichkeiten sind exzellent (Barbecue, Kochplatte etc.). Der Garten ist sehr gross und der Pool mit gedeckter Lounge und Liegemöglichkeiten sind top. Das Schwimmen im Pool machte grossen Spass. Der Weg zum Meer war etwas weiter als ich mir das vorgestellt habe. Wir blieben deshalb mehrheitlich im Garten und Pool. Die Gastgeber (Mme Marie-Claire) war sehr freundlich und hat auf die E-mails immer sofort reagiert. Alles in allem haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus mit dem sehr schönen Garten verbracht. Vielen Dank.

Un bon séjour à Collioures

Un accueil chaleureux, une maison impeccable, ou il ne manque rien, dommage la route de Collioures un peu trop près, ainsi que le train, heureusement, celui ci ne passe pas souvent, par contre , les accès aux Criques sont Supers, à peine 200 mêtres.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, großartige Außenanlage, toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist großzügig für zwei Familien, in den Außenanlagen gibt es viele wunderbar gelegene Plätze: Poolbereich mit Sofaecke zum Chillen, tolle Außenküche mit gemütlicher Bar und Holzofen sowie Gasgrill etc. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz in 4 Doppelzimmern auf 2 Etagen. Einziges Manko: die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich konnten wir nicht benutzen, das war bei 38° im Schatten leicht herausfordernd. Marie-Claire war sehr, sehr nett und hat uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Das Haus liegt sehr günstig mit Fußwegen zur Küste und nach Collioure und mit dem Auto kommt man durch die gute Anbindung schnell überall hin. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!! (Aber bitte mit Klimaanlage auch im Wohnbereich ;-) )
