This spacious and beautifully furnished ranch is ideal for a family getaway or two families to spend their vacation together. Formerly a duplex, each side offers 2 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, living room and dining area for a total of 4 bedrooms/2 baths/2 living rooms and 2 kitchen/dining areas. The lush back yard is wonderful for family barbecues and outdoor fun. The property is only a 5 minute walk to Surf Drive Beach or Main St. and only minutes to the Shining Sea Bike Path along Vineyard Sound and the ferry to get to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Weekly rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. Amenities include:

Hello! And thanks for taking the time to check out our favorite place on earth! My name is Mike, and I am happily married to my wife Nicole. We have two beautiful baby boys, and another baby girl (this one has 4 legs and a tail), and we absolutely love coming to the Cape! My wife has been coming to Falmouth in the summer all of her life, and she quickly got me to fall in love with the area once we started dating. We decided to buy a property of our own to enjoy, and we want to share it with you! It really is the perfect location for all ages, and my family and I enjoy going to the beach, taking trips to woods hole and Nobska Lighthouse, and walking Main St. There is something here for everyone, and we hope that you can stay with us! Looking forward to hearing from you to start planning your next vacation!

This property offers a unique opportunity to vacation together with friends or family while still having your own space. The location is perfect, only being a short walk to both the beach and the downtown area. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a very child friendly neighborhood, and we feel that it is the perfect place for anyone to enjoy what Falmouth and Cape Cod have to offer!
