Beautiful condo

The condo was very nice. Very nice furniture super comfortable beds I would definitely stay there again The master bedroom seem to be a little warmer than the rest of the condo so needed a fan for that room.

Great Condo!

Fabulous location, great view of the beach from the balcony. Very comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Great view, terrible beds

The views were spectacular and the location of the condo was perfect. The outdoor rockers on the deck were awesome to take in all the great views. However, the mattresses were so soft and saggy that no one slept well. If you require a 7 night minimum stay, then the beds should be comfortable. On the bright side the new reclining couch was very comfortable for napping. We also called several times to get the instructions on how to turn on the hot tub, but no one returned our call.

Orange beach four winds

It was very nice. There were a couple things though. It was a little dusty but it looked as if new floors may have just been put in and may not have thoroughly been cleaned. We did call maintenance to work on ice maker because it wasn’t working. He was prompt and fixed it when we called. Something to think about is if you can reverse the washer door. The way it opens you smash your hand on the closet door overall we really had a good experience and would definitely come back

Orange Beach Vacation

The room was very clean . Loved how easy it was to check in. Pool was clean!. Property was ok. Very quick response from owners if asked a question. I always want to know if the pool is heated and it is not. But it was so hot outside as we went on 8-26 that the pool was to hot! lol Not many restaurants in Orange Beach but a short drive to Foley and thier is tons of restaurants.

I love this condo for the closeness to the beach. The views are beautiful from the 9th floor. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking delicious shrimp dinners. A great time was had by all.

Beautiful views and very nice condo with everything we needed!

We loved the condo and the beautiful views. The only thing that wasn't the best was the master bedroom king size bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable. Really high up too so it was hard to get into. The shower caddy in the master bathroom wasn't good neither. Didn't stay in place and everything would fall off of it. Broke a couple of shampoo bottles because they fell off. Besides those 2 things it was awesome and our stay was very nice!

Decent place with several issues

I have a large family of 7 that I took on this vacation, to a point where all of us piled into a Ford Expedition and pulled a Uhaul behind us with all of our stuff. Prior to making the trip, I called Prickett Properties to ensure I could bring the Uhaul. They apparently called the property manager and got the OK to do so, as long as I parked the Uhaul at the back of the lot (each condo receives two parking passes, so I'd use one for the Expedition and one for the Uhaul). First impressions were that check-in was a breeze. The unit has a key code lock, so after entering the code, we were in. We unloaded the Uhaul, and I rather enjoyed the skinny layout of the place. The king bed was right inside the door at one end of the unit, with the other bedroom and bunk beds further down the hall close to the kitchen unit. There was also an ottoman fold out bed that we used as well. All beds were very soft and comfortable. The ice maker inside the fridge was a welcome surprise to help keep coolers packed. Unfortunately, there were several downsides to this unit we experienced over the course of the week we stayed. First, on the walk-out balcony with a beautiful view, one of the chairs had the seat torn to a point where the chair couldn't be used. Not sure why it wasn't just thrown away. We also learned on the first day that the microwave control panel had a malfunction where we could not start or press numbers about 75% of the time. We contacted Pricket Properties, and they did arrange to have someone come look at it. That person reset the breaker and claimed to have fixed it. It didn't fix it. But at least they left a "loaner" portable microwave on the counter to use in case his breaker reset didn't actually fix it. On the third day of us being there, I received a phone call from Uhaul stating that the property manager had called them notifying that the trailer was going to be towed. I had a conversation with the property manager and told them I'd cleared it with Prickett Properties who said they called the property manager to make sure it was OK before we left for the trip. However, the property manager stated no one called her and cleared it with her, and that Uhauls are not allowed in the parking lot, regardless if I had a parking pass for it or not. Thankfully, we got an exception and were able to stay the rest of the week. Lastly, the wi-fi in this unit is awful. Bringing a streaming device is pointless and barely functional.
