Upon entering into the courtyard space you may be greeted by the neighbors friendly pup - Truly a "pet-friendly" property! Located upstairs, you will enter into the carriage house, into the kitchen packed with all of the modern amenities you could wish for. A full-size stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher have all been conveniently placed. The kitchen opens up to the main living space, that boasts with natural light on a sunny Savannah Day! A large sofa is situated across from the large Smart TV. Also located in the main living space you will find a small table for two, that can also be used as a workspace.

Semi-private to the living space, there is a divide between rooms that transition into the bedroom, where you can rest easy in a queen size bed. A full-size bathroom, with a large vanity, walk-in shower, and a stackable washer + dryer, is located just off of the bedroom!

This unit has metered on-street parking. Parking is not available in the lane. Availability will depend on time of day and season.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $130 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
