Located within the Beautiful Beacons Reach community.
3 pools, tennis and pickleball courts.
A quiet family atmosphere and amazing sunsets! Walkways and decking behind the home to enjoy the unforgettable sunsets!
Townhome is near to BR's marina and pool, watch the boats go out to fish or come in at sunset.
Throw a fishing line from the point or the floating dock right behind the home or walk around and enjoy nature.

All linens and starter set of paper products supplied.
Kitchen fully stocked with dishes pots, pans and utensils, anything a cook could need.
Keurig and normal coffee full carafe makers.

Beacon Reach has contracted Security and PKS patrol.

Small playground close by with basketball court.
1 and half story cathedral ceiling townhome. Master downstairs.
Not handicap accessible!!
Five steep steps into entry and exit into unit.
Beautiful sunsets, quality family time, a little peace of Heaven on Earth.

We are on the sound side waterfront, the ocean is a 8/10 minute walk on Beacons Reach private, shaded paved WOP beach access J "Westport Ocean path".
Drive & park and walkout on beach access F, is 5 minutes drive from home.

Lovely home and views. Quiet spot convenient to all the island has to offer! Recommend taking a day to visit Bear Island in Hammocks Beach State Park.

Beautiful sunset on the quiet sound side

Quiet place on the sound side with the most beautiful sunsets. The beach is only a 5 min walk on the shade. The pool is an added bonus. Sharon was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend

Family beach getaway for 10 days.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable, very clean and the amenities are plentiful. We enjoyed a short walk to the beach, the many pools, and the marina. The kayaks were fun to use out in the sound. The condo is spacious and the furniture is comfortable. We had one of our best sleeps on the master bedroom mattress. The towels were soft and smelled wonderful. The owner was veryeasy to work with and always got back to us regarding our concerns within a few minutes. Our comfort was her main priority. We highly recommend this vacation rental!

Perfect Place for Family

We had a lovely stay at Beacon's Reach! The rental had space for everyone in our group (grandparents, parents, and grandkids). The location was perfect for accessing the marina and the pool. The host was very accessible and accommodating. We hope to go back again soon!

My sister and nieces and I enjoyed a weeks stay at this house. The house has a well stocked kitchen. We loved the location on the sound. It was a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view especially at sunset!
