Excellent location in the heart of LA ROCHELLE to discover the city or the region on foot (bus station 5 minutes away from Ile de Ré).
Located on the 2nd floor in a busy street in the historic heart, 50 m from the Market, 300 m from the Old Port and 10 min walk from the beach of Concurrence.

La Rochelle
Nice little apartment just steps away from the market where you could feast for years and never eat the same thing twice. Apartment was well apportioned and even had sharp knives! It is close to the old port but quieter in the evening which is a plus. Mireille was very good in communicating especially with our language barrier

Great location!
Great location! On the good side : owners were reactive. The location is really amazing. The apparemment is comfortable. Can be either dark (with the wooden panels closed), or very bright and sunny if you prefer to have them open. On the downside : The host makes you pay an extra amount for bed sheets and towels which we found outrageous (if I travel and rent a place to stay, I assume this will be in the price). You have to take down your own trash and there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the appartement. No wifi. Overall we recommend if you are ok with these down sides

Une semaine à la Rochelle pour visiter la ville, l'île d'Aix et une partie de l'île de Ré en vélo. C'était très bien. Le logement est plein coeur de ville avec tout à proximité. Je le conseille pour 2 mais à 3 c'est un peu petit. Attention cependant en été , il y a beaucoup de bruit dans la rue quand on a les fenêtres ouvertes. et en été on est obligés de les laisser ouvertes...Du vis à vis avec les fenêtres en face, peut être mettre des brise vues.

Très bon séjour là-bas avec mon adolescent. le logement est très bien situé. Tout est accessible à pieds sans problème. Très fonctionnel. Excellente communication avec les propriétaires, ils sont très réactifs et à l'écoute.

Très bel appartement et propre. Il se situe vraiment pas loin du vieux port et l’aquarium est à 12 minutes à pied, franchement nous étions très bien placés Nous reviendrons à La Rochelle mais autour car c’est une galère pour se garer l’été, la ville favorise les piétons et vélos (se qui ne me dérange pas du tout) nous avions dû décharger la voiture sur le trottoir puis tout mettre dans le hall de l’immeuble pour ensuite les monter au 2ème étage, avec un enfant de 4 ans pas évident heureusement nous avions notre grande fille de 15 ans qui surveiller sa sœur 😉 À part se petit désagrément qui n’est en rien votre faute tout était parfait 🤩 Olga a été tres sympa avec nous, encore merci ☺️

Le logement est idéalement situé au centre ville de La Rochelle, avec commerces et port à proximité. Il correspond en tous points à l'annonce de la propriétaire, prévenante et disponible si questions. La chambre est cependant un peu exiguë si un lit bébé doit y être placé, comme ce fut le cas pour nous (l'étagère du bas à droite de l'entrée de la chambre était de trop). Cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter de notre séjour d'une semaine!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement qui est idéalement placé en plein centre ville. Chanceux pour le stationnement gratuit de notre véhicule grâce aux indications de la personne qui nous a accueillie. L'appartement est fonctionnel et suffisant pour 2.

Quartier historique, commerçant, à 1 pas d un fabuleux marché et 2 pas du port. Le stationnement inquiétait mais finalement avons trouvé facilement dans les rues proches. Parfait pour un week-end sans wifi
