Modern Quiet Villa with view, olive trees, swimming pool
The house is located in a quiet area on the heights of the village of Trans, 3 minutes from a shopping center, 7 minutes from Draguignan, 5 minutes from the motorway and the TGV station, 30 minutes from the beaches, and at the same time 45 minutes from Nice, Saint Tropez, Lac de Ste Croix (Gorges du Verdon), Toulon, Aix en Provence. Ideal for enjoying our beautiful region. But the house (air-conditioned) and its pool-beach area, its pétanque areas, large trampoline, children's games, ping-pong table will also encourage you to relax.
Inside in the sleeping area, 3 pretty bedrooms including a master suite with its shower room, a bathroom. In the day area an open kitchen overlooking the dining room continuing to the living room fully open by a bay on the terrace and the pool area. Opposite the veranda entrance overlooks a shaded area for lunch, with plancha, children's play area (hut, slide). At the bottom of the garden a large car park with shelter for several vehicles.
