Renovated duplex, bright, ideally located 30m from the beach Merlimont and 2 minutes from all trade, upstairs of a small house with 2 apartments.

At the 1st level:
-lighted living room including a daybed, a TNT TV and coffee table. Gives directly to a small balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. You will have your meals on a round table with elongated as needed if 6 people.
- Small fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge-freezer compartment, microwave oven, gas hob and electric cooker, hood, electric oven, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
- A bathroom including a bath with shower head and hand shower, a washbasin with mirror, and a washing machine.
-a separate toilet.

2nd level:
-3 bedrooms with side sea view. They all have a bed 2 places (140x190): new bedding.

Shared courtyard to share with the roommate.

Il est regrettable que la literie soit de mauvaise qualité… de plus le lieu n’était pas très propre… à part cela bien sitodns une station agréable

61 kms en 4 jours balade plage et dunes .merlimont direction berck pour une journee cerf-volant et retour. Stella pour le marché et profiter des bons moments entr amis.sejour parfait.

Pas de wifi alors que le descriptif prévoit un accès internet. Grille pain HS Vue sur la mer très réduite, surtout vue sur les câbles électriques. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Semaine agréable !

Très belle semaine en famille ! La localisation est vraiment top... plage à 2 min à pied, tous les commerces à 5min à peine. La cour partagée avec les autres voisins est appréciable, surtout pour les enfants. Je recommande cette location a 100%, mais attention aux escaliers !

peut faire beaucoup mieux.

le coté positif : proche mer. appt très mignon deco marine jolie. bien aménagé. Cuisine bien aménagée. correcte. tout y est . côté négatif : appt non nettoyé. sale. poussière. lits très inconfortables . très durs voir 1 matelas dont on sent les ressorts. dont 1 lit qui claque. les alèzes très douteuses. poils cheveux. comme si les précédents locataires s'étaient directement sur les alèzes. wc sale. ns avons tout nettoyé et désinfecté. le linge de lit n'a pas été désinfecté. tâches. et mis en vrac sur les étagères. nous n'y avons pas touché . avions nos oreillers et la chaleur nous a dispensé d'y toucher. la cour soit disant en coloc est occupée par les propriétaires (charmants) de l'appt en dessous. pas vraiment de place pour nous. beaucoup de vis à vis. beaucoup d'aboiements de chiens. pas d'internet . tv par le cable. le côté négatif l'emporte sur le positif.

petit séjour à Merlimont

le gite est correct et propre, très bon accueil par( Vilavane ) le problème vient de monsieur Tuot (le propriétaire) qui ne remonte pas les informations . le samedi matin à 11h nous ne savions toujours pas vers quelle heure nous pouvions arrivée ;(du jamais vu )en plus de 30 ans de location .(aucun numéro à contacter ) le plus de ce gite situation rêvée avec des enfants ;(proximité de la plage)

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans une location conforme à sa description.Lumineuse ,spacieuse et refaite à neuf.À 30 mètres de la mer et proche des commercants ce qui évite de prendre la voiture.Par contre lits très durs et beaucoup de vis-à -vis.

Die sehr strandnah liegende Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung ok. Die über zwei Etagen gehende Wohnung bot genug Platz für unsere sechsköpfige Familie. Die kleine Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sauber, aber etwas knapp ausgestattet. Insbesondere beim Gang auf die Toilette wird es eng.
