The family room is equipped with a large flat screen television, plenty of seating for everyone, plus a second floor deck with more outdoor seating. POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. This unit does not have access to Tahoe Mountain Club or Gray's Crossing Swim & Fitness.
2. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10 adults.
3. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.

HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
