This is a Free Standing Pedestal Unit built "New in 2018", part of the Tree Tops Vacation Resort, atop a mountain, and adjoining the Smokey Mountain National Park Nature Trail, within walking distance to Downtown, Gatlinburg.

The rental accommodations .. a new private pedestal cottage, has a King Master Suite with Whirlpool Tub/Shower and private deck...a Queen Bed downstairs with separate bath/shower... 2 Twin Beds in Loft!
Full Kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, plates , glasses and silverware.....Saves hundreds of dollars eating some meals at home!!... Outdoor Gas Grills! Dining Room and Large Family Room area with long wrap around style couch. ALL NEW!

Part of the RCI Gold Crown, Tree Tops Vacation Resort...3 Outdoor pools, 1 Indoor Pool all with Hot Tubs. Too many Attractions to list nearby in Gatlinburg/ Pigeon the wonderful Smokey Mountains National Park. Trout Fishing in the Roaring Fork stream running on the border of the Resort. My wife and I have owned here at the Tree Tops Resort for almost 30 years. We purchased New Pedestal Cottage week last year! We took our children on vacation here first, when they were three and five years old. They wanted to know if they could come back to "Heaven"
the next year, too!

Tree Tops Resort in 2016 was recognized as one of only 46 Resorts out of over 4,000 RCI affiliated resorts, to receive the highest RCI GOLD CROWN rating for 25 CONSECUTIVE YEARS! I believe it to be the best family resort in the Smokies!

The Tree Tops Loft unit being offered for rental was constructed NEW in 2018! As a result of a fire in the Smoklies in 2017, all of the free standing pedestal cottages, or Loft unit s, were rebuilt in 2018.
