Luxury Retreat in Newport Island

Located on a beautiful semi private Island on the water, this beautiful newly remodeled duplex home captures the spirit of the area. Just completed in April 2019, this very special home provides all the luxury a discerning traveler could hope for. The well appointed duplex is rented as an entire home and has two full kitchens, family rooms, bathrooms, and recreation room. The Bayfront patio with new bbq and private dock provide a great place to enjoy the sunset with friends and family.

Please note: Neighbor is doing a remodel and could be some noise from time to time. Usually a low level of noise.

Great location!

We had a great stay! Loved the house, dock, outside patio area,. Location was great too!! Walking distance to park, beach, coffee, food, etc. The teens and the adults were all happy! Beach, boardwalk, long walks, relaxation, boogie boarding, shopping, beautiful sunsets, swimming, paddle boarding….we had a blast.Thanks!!

Great Vacation

We had an amazing experience staying here for a month. The house is in a great location right on the canal and just a short walk to the beach. We are able to bike to the supermarket and plenty of nearby restaurants. The house is in perfect condition and stocked well. The owner was very quick to respond to all our requests. Overall it was one of our favorite summer vacations!

Great vacation

This rental property was really nice, very clean, Lives like 2 units, 2 kitchens, which was nice for our 2 families. We have never stayed on a canal before always stay oceanfront. We REALLY enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. It was so nice to be on the water and loved the paddle boards! Michael, the owner was very helpfull. Thank you Michael!

Great property, great location, great owner.

This is the perfect property for a family trip. Lots of room inside and out. Close the the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. Away from the madness of the boardwalk. We loved our stay.

Holiday Getaway

The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The boat dock was a great feature as this trip was for my husbands 1st fishing trip in his new boat and it worked out perfect!! Michael was very easy to communicate with via text and responded to me very quickly. I will definitely add this home to my favorites.

Brand new and right on the water, lovely views.

Worked well for us having an upstairs unit and downstairs with own kitchens for each family to have their own space and cooking abilities. Enough dining space to have all of us together for a few dinners there too! Nice late 2 car garage was great. Michael was really quick in addressing any issues that came up! Appreciated that a lot. Was great!

Newport Beach Gem

We used this amazing property for three generations of women ranging from age 21 to 87 and it was perfect! We had enough bedrooms to rest comfortably and there was plenty of room to gather for meals, conversations, games, etc. We enjoyed the outdoor area immensely and some of the braver ones enjoyed using the paddle boards. Within walking distance we had access to a beautiful beach, shopping and restaurants. I am already plotting a return!
