Welcome to the residence "Le Phare de Kernevest", in a charming little holiday home located just 600 meters from the beautiful beach of Kernevest.
This small house offers a pleasant setting for a family holiday. Guests can enjoy the residence’s private tennis court, as well as the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of the area.

The nearest shops are in Saint-Philibert, (about 2 km away) and La Trinité-sur-Mer, (3.7 km away). Guests have easy access to a variety of restaurants and shops.
The seafront and coastal paths are just 150 metres away. The first beach, 600 meters from the house, is accessible via a picturesque path along a pond.

Nearby you will also find a nautical base and a sailing school, ideal for those who wish to explore the crystal clear waters of the area.

Small terraced house of 25 m² with a private garden area of 17m², located in a small real estate collective, West exposure.

Entrance into living room with sofa bed, TV, open kitchen (hob 4 fires, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher.
Separate toilet, washing machine.

Duplex:
1 attic room with a double bed (140 cm) and storage.
1 bedroom-cabin with 2 bunk beds (80 cm) and storage.

A bathroom with bathtub.

Open parking not numbered. Electric heating.

"Le calme du lieu et l environnement fleuri La proximité avec la mer et la nature : pouvoir y aller à pied quotidiennement Le logement individuel avec petite terrasse extérieure Le cellier L équipement électroménager au top ! En cas d urgence, nous n étions pas joignables. Opérateur Bouygues L absence d un petit commerce au lieu de résidence : pain, épicerie..pour depannage L escalier : plus échelle qu escalier. Il convient de le préciser car des personnes ayant des soucis de mobilité ou des problèmes aux jambes peuvent ne pas pouvoir accéder à l' étage. Ce qui n'était pas notre cas Idem pour la baignoire faisant office de douche. Celà ne nous a pas gené mais précisez le pour d autres personnes. Séjour au calme

Belle petite résidence dans une partie du golfe du Morbihan à quelques pas de deux plages, idéalement placé pour aller à la mer (plage sainte barbe, Penthièvre…) et aux différents point de visite sur le golfe ( carnac, locmaraiquer…), pas très loin du ria d'Etel.

Très agréable séjour dans une très agréable location

La location était parfaite. Bien située proche plage et chemins côtiers et des principales villes. Région magnifique. Le logement était très propre fonctionnel et très bien équipé pour que les occupants aient le plus de confort possible. Nous y reviendrons.
