Ideally located between the old village, the marina and the chalet beach, this modern family home was completely renovated for you in 2018.

This beautiful villa offers on the ground floor a living room with a large open kitchen, a living room with TV and convertible sofa and a dining area. In addition, you will find a storage space and a toilet.
The sleeping area upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms with new bedding, a shower room and separate wc.
A beautiful terrace and a garden with BBQ and protected from the wind await you.
We also offer:

Family holiday

Our 3rd stay, always a pleasure. The house has been tastefully decorated, especially the kitchen and bathroom. Perfect outside area for dining and a safe space for our 22 month old grandson to play. Well situated for walks into the old town or the new ports for shops, market and restaurants. Thankyou once again

Not Clean - Owner Unresponsive

Photos of property do not show the front entrance, which is dirty, uninviting and a shock. The interior is not being properly cleaned especially kitchen appliances and drawers. I needed to wash bathroom and bathmat before use, and vacuum the ground floor. The state of the vacuum cleaner and mop bucket were unbelievable, full of dirt. WIFI was under lock and key on arrival but local agency fixed that on day 2. The local agent didn’t make a case with the owner for the complaints we made to her on day 2 of our stay (at least that is what the owner told me). VRBO were sending me emails asking me for the same information over and over, and it cost me €36 to phone a US number twice. I sent VRBO photos of the dirt. Finally Abritel helped and VRBO refunded the service fee. The agency in Gruissan, or owner, made no effort to help solve any problems. Owner thought providing me with sheets and towels was enough. I find that pathetic. This property needs to be cleaned up and the photos should show the entire property and not the glamorous parts. The girl who called to check us out took lots of photos. I had already sent many of them to VRBO. I have them as proof of my complaints. If what I have listed was cleaned up the place could be very pleasant. Unless the property is cleaned and the entrance dealt with, this property should no longer be advertised on your website. It is not inexpensive and I was expecting a very pleasant stay. Instead all I had was hassle and stress.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung sind gut. Das Badezimmer ist Top. Gut ist auch die Nähe zum Ortskern. Die Gartenmöbel mussten jedoch wir säubern.

Tolles Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Es ist wirklich mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Wir hatten selten eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung! Es gibt zudem eine Garage mit Steckdosen, z.B. um das Ebike zu laden. Absolute Empfehlung!

Très beau logement

Maison très agréable et bien située avec un petit jardin clos idéal et rassurant avec un enfant de 18 mois. Cette maison est parfaite pour passer un bon séjour à Gruissan. Nous sommes beaucoup plus réservés en ce qui concerne la qualité de service de l'agence qui n'a pas vraiment été à la hauteur du sérieux et de l'attention nécessaires.

4 jours en famille à gruissan. La maison est super et très bien équipée. Très calme, nous avons très bien dormi. Toutes les indications étaient parfaites et nous avons eu du soleil 😊

Buena opción

La casita es muy cómoda, amplia y con espacio suficiente para todos. El jardín está perfectamente amueblado y te permite pasar un buen rato en el exterior. Todo estaba muy limpio y la ubicación es fantástica. La única critica que tengo es que, según mi opinión, sábanas, toallas y wifi deberían estar incluidos en el precio.

Belle maison

Jolie maison, décorée avec goût. Électroménager et équipements de qualité (Cafetières Senséo et Nespresso, ...). Literie très récente et de bonne qualité. Proche du port (5 minutes à pieds) de la vieille ville et de la plage des chalets. Environnement calme loin de la route. S'il faut trouver quelques (petits) points négatifs : Insonorisation "légère" entre les différentes maisons accolées ; Réfrigérateur sale à notre arrivée, mais il s'agit d'un oubli de la femme de ménage ; Housses de matelas sales, pour moi elles doivent être changées et lavées entre chaque location.

Wunderbare Tage in einem tollen Objekt

Wir haben mit zwei großen Kindern (17/19) zwei sehr schöne Wochen in diesem toll und hochwertig ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit freundlich, hilfreich und schnell. Das Haus mit schönem Garten ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr positiv empfanden wir auch die Klimatisierung sowie die komplette Gartenausstattung mit Grill, Liegen, Tisch, Sitzecke - alles mit Auflagen - und einer Hängematte. Alle Elektrogeräte sind hochwertig und gut gepflegt. Die Lage ist optimal um die Altstadt, den Wochenmarkt oder auch den Hafen fußläufig zu erreichen, trotzdem ist die Lage angenehm ruhig. Zu den verschiedenen Stränden fährt man mit dem Auto 5 bis 10 Minuten. Bauartbedingt (wir kennen das von anderen Häusern in solchen Anlagen) sind die Wände der Schlafzimmer recht dünn und damit hellhörig - wir kamen aber gut damit klar. Gerne empfehlen wir die Vermieter als auch das Objekt weiter.

Superbe maison

Location conforme à la présentation. Dans un quartier calme, idéalement située à 5 mn à pieds du port et du village de Gruissan, et 5 mn en voiture des plages. La maison est spacieuse, avec trois grandes chambres à l’étage. Cuisine bien équipée en électroménager et ustensiles divers, on se croirait à la maison. Terrasse agréable, à l’abri du vent, aménagée d’un salon de jardin et d’un coin canapé, de transats et d’un hamac. Je recommande vivement.

C'était parfait

On a bcp apprécié le côté maison jardin et son côté traversant. Avons pris tous nos repas à l'extérieur. La séparation coin jour en bas et coin nuit à l'étage était confortable. Il serait souhaitable d'avoir un autre jeu de clefs.

Annonce correspond bien à la location, pas déçus, il y a de l'espace, 1ere réservation avec abritel,

Maison, bien équipée avec de l'électro ménager de qualité, bien meublée intérieur et extérieur avec coussins, literie de qualité, on se sent chez soi. La maison est bien située, quartier calme (nous étions en septembre) juste un bémol (s'il en faut un) difficile de se garer, mais il y a un grand parking à quelques mètres. Terrasse extérieure calme et bien équipée. Mention très bien aux propriétaires qui ont tout fait pour que l'on s'y plaise. A conserver pour l'année prochaine.

Maison calme et agréable.

Maison au calme et agréable décorée avec goût et très bien équipée (literie de qualité, électroménager complet, cour plaisante….). Proche du port et du village. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et comptons bien y retourner !

Gelungener Familienurlaub mit vier Kindern

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Gruissan und haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus hat unsere Bedürfnisse voll erfüllt mit viel Platz drinnen und draußen, drei Schlafzimmern, einer großen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnküche und der Parkmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und Auto direkt vor der Tür. Toll war auch die spontane Kommunikation zwecks An- und Abreise, Fahrradausleihe etc.. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder! Einziger Kritikpunkt unserer Teenager- Kinder: begrenztes W-LAN ( war völlig ausreichend).

Super sejour

Une maison bien équipée et décorée avec goût et située au centre, près de la vieille ville et du port, des restaurants et des magasins, mais dans un endroit calme. Le seul point négatif est le manque de wifi gratuit dans la maison. Je reviendrais certainement si passer des vacances dans la région.

Maison tout confort idéalement située ds Gruissan. Proximité de la plage, du port, des commerces... Tres bien equipée, decoration actuelle, on se sent comme à la maison. Au calme , avec petit jardin bien exposé pour manger dehors midi et soir. On reviendra surement!

Super location

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est très bien située dans un quartier calme et proche de toutes les commodités. A 5 minutes de la mer et à 10 minutes du massif de la clape, on peut ainsi varier les activités. La maison est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, ce qui permet vraiment de s'y sentir bien pour passer des vacances en toute tranquillité. Nous recommandons cette location

Heel mooie ingerichte woning en tuin.

De woning was zeer mooi ingericht en alles was er (wasmachine, afwasmachine,..) Enige mindere puntje was de badkamer. Relatief klein en was niet vernieuwd integenstelling tot de rest van de woning. Wij hebben een supervakantie gehad. Kortbij alles maar toch weg van het lawaai van de drukte.
