We offer you a beautiful one bedroom apartment renovated in the city center of Menton.
Fully equipped kitchen.
After a beautiful sunny day, cool off in your separate bathroom with walk-in shower.
For more privacy, you can sleep in your separate room or a comfortable double bed awaits you. The living room has a real convertible sofa bed, (quality sleeping) these two rooms served by a beautiful balcony for 2 people, bright, with open views of the mountain. The double glazing of the two rooms will assure you peaceful nights.
For our dear teenagers addicted to social networks, rest assured, the apartment is equipped with wifi.
The beach is one street away, as well as public transport (SNCF station and bus stop) and shops are at the foot of the building and will allow you quick access to Italy, Monaco, the Paca region.
The apartment was refurbished in 2016, can accommodate up to 4 people. Possibility of parking extra.

Superfräsch lägenhet ett par minuter från stranden

Lägenheten innehöll allt du kan behöva - från strandmadrasser och parasoll till tvättmedel. Och allt var nytt, fint och rent. Köket perfekt utrustat med t ex diskmaskin och allt för matlagning. Närheten till stranden perfekt förstås, samtidigt som det var lika nära till tåg- och busstationen.Om man messade en turistfråga till ägarna svarade de inom ett par minut!er! Ja, jag kan helt enkelt inte tänka mig något bättre till det bra priset! Stort TACK!

Comment dire ...? Un appartement idéalement situé, un accueil très très sympa, une déco juste idéale pour un séjour de vacances dans une résidence bien entretenue, un équipement très très satisfaisant, un balcon avec vue sur le village et les hauteurs plutôt chouette et au calme ... Erholsamer Aufenhalt

Nette saubere Wohnung im 3-ten Stock mit Blick auf die Innenstadt , einem kleinen Supermarkt direkt neben dem Haus (extrem praktisch ) und einer netten Bäckerei in 100 m . Die Wohnung ist sauber , gemütlich und mit allen größtenteils neuen und neuwertigen Alltagsgegenständen ausgestattet . Die Befürchtung dass es ohne Klimaanlege zu heiß wäre erwies sich als unbegründet : Nachts gehen die Temperaturen bis auf 15-17 Grad runter. Falls das dem einen oder anderem immer noch zu heiß wäre, gibt es 2 Säulenlüfter . Der Strand ist quasi um die Ecke, ist aber was für Liebhaber denn Sand sucht man da vergebens, dafür findet man aber jede Menge Kiesel, wodurch das Wasser sehr klar bleibt und aufmerksamen Badegästen einen tollen Blick auf die Meeresbewohner bietet (Haben lange Zeit einen etwa halben Meter großen Octopuss beobachtet ). Und die , die sich auf ihre Laufausdauer verlassen können, werden reichlich belohnt, denn die Restaurantmeile, die historische Innenstadt (Muss man wirklich gesehen und durchgegangen sein ) und nicht zuletzt die zahlreiche Wanderwege werden dabei helfen, den Alltag schnell zu vergessen ! Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Min. erreicht und bietet gute Möglichkeiten Monaco (Wirklich empfehlenswert ) und Sanremo zu besichtigen. Für die eigene Anreise empfiehlt es sich beim Vermieter (Sehr nettes Pärchen, wohnen 100 Meter entfernt)einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu reservieren (Es sei denn , Ihr Auto ist nicht zu groß und Sie haben viel Zeit für die Parkplatzsuche :-) )!

Petit appartement ,trop mignon, très propre,fonctionnel,bien placé proche de la plage....

Mon ami et moi avons passé un magnifique petit séjour dans cet appartement, tout est comme indiqué sur le site, tout était prêt et propre à notre arrivée... Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil,il nous avait même réservé une place de parc,gratuite... Merci aussi pour le vin rosé au frigo ,la bouteille d'eau,les sodas... Nous recommandons franchement cette location et nous y retournerons certainement....
