Located in the heart of a small maritime jewel that is the port of Doëlan, this luxurious villa benefits from modern equipment and an elegant interior.
While your children will be busy discovering the joys of swimming in a swimming pool heated to 28°, you can relax in the 7-seater SPA.

Our villa is a new construction, we have put all our heart into decorating and furnishing it so that you can spend a pleasant holiday in top-of-the-range comfort.
In addition, it enjoys a privileged location because it is located 50m from the port and the GR34 coastal path, allowing you to access small quiet coves.
The large beaches of Pouldu are located 6 minutes by car and are easily accessible by bike.

First trip to Doelan

We have just stayed for a week , the house is fantastic and in a great position. The house has everything you need to have a fantastic holiday, the owners were excellent and very helpful. Already looking to book for next year , a lovely place to have a holiday.

Fantastic Villa, Amazing location and views

We visited the Villa in August 2018. The villa itself is amazing. Immaculate throughout, and kitted out with everything you’ll need. The bedrooms upstairs, which our kids used have spectacular views and their own balcony. Downstairs is an amazing bedroom with wet room shower and dressing room. We made extensive use of the pool which was very well heated, as well as the large hot tub. The property is located a stones throw from the sea with spectacular views, and is a 2 minutes walk from the main village and port. The owners communicated very well with us both before, during and after arrival and gave a very warm welcome on arrival. Overall this is extremely recommended and we hope to return again soon.

FORMIDABLE

Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour exceptionnel. Tout est pensé pour que l'on s'y sente bien dans cette très jolie et spacieuse maison avec vue sur l'océan, à proximité immédiate du GR 34. La propreté est irréprochable. Un jacuzzi et une belle piscine bordée d'agapanthes, le rêve !!! Corinne et Erwan sont très accueillants et bienveillants. Nos échanges ont été très sympathiques. Eine geräumige Villa mit alles großzügig eingerichtet, was man sich wünschen kann. Hochmoderne und sehr qualitative Einrichtungen, stielvoll und überdacht. Pool und jakuzzi voll genießbar. Bretonische Erholung

Das Haus liegt wundervoll in Doëlan - Dank der Vermieter perfekt umsorgt. Clohar-Carnoët ist schnell zu erreichen - Bäcker, notwendige Lebensmittel, Apotheke - Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind stets vorhanden. Fahrradtouren an die Strände von Le Pouldu, nach Pont Aven, Quimperle, an den Belon, nach Saint-Maurice mit anschließender Waldtour ermöglichen, das Auto stehen zu lassen. Entschleunigung - Breizh - einfach wundervoll!

Beautiful Location/Amazing House

We (4 adults + 2 kids) had 2 wonderful weeks in July 2021 in this amazing estate. Very high qualtiy of nearly everything. Kitchen , Pool, Spa, Bed- & Bathrooms, furniture: Everything is perfect! All in all a perfect setup for fantastic holidays. Very intelligent architecture with modern design and premium interior! From the garage with kicker to the pool and spa, up to the roof terrace with perfect view (Atlantic + Harbor) of the sunset! Best of all: The Host :) Thank you for the great vacation!

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable en profitant du jacuzzi, du baby-foot et des balades dans les alentours. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et l’accueil et nous espérons revenir pour profiter de la piscine.

luxuriöses Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus ist in allen Details sehr hochwertig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Zustand ist wirklich sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr ausführlich von Corinne in die Bedienung des Hauses eingeführt das Haus war in einem perfekt sauberen Zustand, wie wir es selten erlebt haben. Auch wenn das Haus eigentlich in 2. Reihe liegt ist die Aussicht auf den Hafen und das Meer sehr schön. Insbesondere die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Hafen haben wir sehr genossen. Es bleibt zu hoffen, dass das nebenan gelegene Grundstück nicht so schnell bebaut wird. Insgesamt ist das Haus absolut zu empfehlen. D.

Difficile de trouver mieux

Si vous pensez que la perfection n’existe pas, vous changerez certainement d’avis après avoir séjourné chez Corinne et Erwan à Doëlan. Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails. Décoration raffinée, équipements au top sans oublier la piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi. 2 cerises sur le gâteau : une vue envoûtante et un accueil très chaleureux et attentionné. Merci à Corinne et Erwan pour ce séjour inoubliable, on se sent vraiment bien dans votre villa d’exception. Note globale : 6 sur 5, voire plus !

Erholung und Energie in schönem Ambiente

Am Schluss waren auch die 2 Wochen Aufenthalt zu kurz... Wer ein Haus am Meer sucht, bei dem er auf nichts verzichten möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Eine hochwertige Ausstattung (Induktion, Weinkühlschrank, Weber-Gasgrill), geheizter Pool und Whirlpool lässt kaum Wünsche offen, auch nicht für unsere Gruppe von 8 Personen. Um ein paar Tücken mit der Technik wurde sich sofort gekümmert. Garage plus Stellplatz. Das Grundstück liegt ruhig, fussläufig die Hafenbucht und der Wanderweg an der Küste. Nächster Badestrand 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, mit dem Fahrrad kaum länger. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Supermarkt) ebenfalls ca 10 Minuten entfernt direkt in Clohars-Carnoet. Im Ort selber frischer Fisch am Hafen, leckere Crepes, 3 Restaurants. 4 Schlafzimmer, 3 Badezimmer, davon 2 mit zum Zimmer gehörig. 2 separate Toiletten. Personen: Ideal für 6 plus 2 Kinder, aber auch für uns 7 mit 1 Teenager kein Problem. Die Reinigung des Whirlpools wird zum Abschluss mit 180,- Euro berechnet. Vielen Dank an Corinne und Erwan für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen...

A vacation for the books

parfait sur tous les plans

la maison est splendide, grande, dans un cadre magnifique. Tous les équipements de la maison sont très haut de gamme. On a cherché (pas très longtemps) ce qui pouvait être critiquable mais il n'y a aucune fausse note (même la literie est exceptionnelle). La décoration est raffinée et l'on sent que Corinne cherche à ce que le moindre détail soit parfait. Quant à Corinne, elle est "super-gentille", chaleureuse et proche de ses "clients". Elle a même pensé aux jeux de société en cas de temps maussade! Merci encore et nous n'avons qu'une hâte, y retourner Vincent et ses amis nantais

Le temps n'était pas clément ,la mer déchainée. Quel bonheur d'être au chaud dans cette sublime maison et de profiter du spectacle des vagues se cassant sur la jetée. La maison est très belle, décorée avec goût avec un équipement high tech...des prestations haut de gamme. une très belle découverte. A refaire!! merci à Corinne pour son chaleureux accueil
