Great place to stay
We really enjoyed staying here for our "sibling reunion" with spouses. Home is very comfortable, well equipped, has a great view, and was close to all the places we wanted to go

Mountain View cabin
The cabin was very accommodating for our large family. The kids loved the ping pong table downstairs and the adults enjoyed the relaxing hot tub. The view was beautiful! Perfect for our family weekend away to visit our Westeren Carolina student. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

Awesome home with breathtaking views!
My family of 5 stayed there in May, and we could not have had a better time! The cabin is warm and inviting, the views are breathtaking, and the location was great for accessing hiking trails, shopping, and the Biltmore. We love this cabin, and we'd highly recommend it to others!

Love the view!
We love staying at Eagle’s View! My husband and I have stayed here 3 or 4 times and this time we brought the kids and grands. The view from the back deck is amazing! We had so much fun exploring the area; Dry Falls, Deep Creek, ATV’s in Bryson City, train ride on the Great Smoky Mountain Railway and of course the Biltmore! We all enjoyed our time together at Eagle’s View!

Amazing!
Everything from the views, the cabin feel, the layout, the outdoor space and hot tub to the amenities was amazing! Eagles View Lodge provided everything we needed for our group and then some! Plenty of group living space, private space for different families. But the real hit was the views! Absolutely breathtaking and borderline looked fake they were that good! You can't beat that morning peacefulness on the porch! We would recommend to anyone looking for a getaway or needing a place to stay in that area!

Great place
Stayed with my two adult kids and their children. The house is spacious and laid out well for that sort of group. The kitchen amenities (knives, cookware, etc) are much better than those found in many rentals. The deck has great views. Overall a very nice experience. There were some reviews that mentioned the drive up to the cabin as being difficult but that wasn’t any real issue, at least at this time of year

Beautiful cabin!
The cabin has a beautiful view and is laid out very well for families or groups of friends. The kitchen is stocked really well and there’s a nice sized grill. Only down side of this cabin that I could see is that if there’s ice or snow, up and down the mountain would be an issue and it’s definitely easier to navigate the mountain in a vehicle that sits higher up. Even in a medium sized truck, we had to go up the hill and then turn around and go back down to get up the driveway. We really liked this cabin though and will be back.

Spectacular Views
The house is well laid out with living areas on 3 separate floors. Spectacular views from both decks and many windows. Just be aware that there is effectively no yard and nowhere you can walk outside since it is built on a steep hillside. Also, the drive up and down to the main road is somewhat tiresome and stressful. If you don't mind the difficult drive and nowhere to walk to, I highly recommend it.

Amazing Cabin in the Woods
Always hear “pictures don’t did it justice”. Well, PICTURES DONT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE!!! The Mountain View is absolutely amazing!! Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had every thing you need and all cupboards were labeled!! Hot tub was in great shape. Everything was wonderful. It was a great place to call home for our vacation to the Smokies. Away from all of the craziness of the tourist hot spots, but close enough to get to them if you wish. One tip of advice…we found it much easier to back up and down the drive way than to try and make the turn at the bottom!!!

Family get together
The house was clean and amenities were good. It had a hot tub and sauna that we did not use. The parking is just enough for four cars, but three is comfortable and four is very tight. The ride up there is a bit nerve-racking for those of us not used to mountain driving. A couple of sharp terms. The roads are paved, but for about a quarter of a mile going up the mountain it is one lane. There are places where you can pull over to allow another car to pass. Beautiful views from this house and a beautiful porch on the main floor . Game room. The sister towns of Silva and Dillsboro are wonderful little places and very friendly with lots of restaurants and bars. Many times narrow Mountain roads are the price you have to pay to get the views that you want.

Incredible View
This home was wonderful but working with Vacasa was awful. The good: the views from the cabin are incredible, spacious, warm, and very relaxing feel to everything in the home. You can tell the owners truly care about the home. Since this is managed by a rental company, there is no welcome package or even coffee provided for the first night(very unfortunate morning #1). The road up the mountain is a little challenging at first but we eventually got the hang of it. The bad: working with Vacasa prior to arrival and trying to understand the impacts of the hurricane, finding alternative locations, etc was a nightmare. We countlessly received conflicting information, were lied to, hung up on, etc. They have terrible ratings online and I regret not checking before we booked. The game room had dead bugs all over the floor so my kids refused to play in there. The windows also needed a good cleaning. I would book this cabin again in the future but only directly through the owners. They should highly consider finding another company to manage their home.

Anniversary getaway

Incredible views, we had a great time spending time with family, shopping Cherokee, Bryson City, Sylva and Dillsboro. Centrally located from all these places. The cabin had all we needed. Happy Family!
