This newly remodeled ski in/ski out two bedroom 2.5 bath Cedars Townhome sleeps 7. Convenient location sits slope side on Peak 9 and is walking distance to Main Street offering dining, shopping, museums and everything else Main Street has to offer.
The cozy living room has a gas fireplace, a large flat screen curved tv and new couches. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large dining room table with seating for the entire group. There is a small half bath located off of the kitchen as well as a separate laundry room with a washer & dryer. The two bedrooms are located on the top floor. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and includes a flat screen tv and a private deck. The master suite also has a luxurious bathroom with a large jetted tub, a walk-in shower and double vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bunk bed and a single bunk bed for a total of four separate beds. The second bedroom also has its own bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional sleeping space is a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

Very convenient location to the lifts. Highly recommended for families. Condo was very quiet. Ski down Quicksilver lift or a short walk up to Beaver rum super chair if you want to avoid the Quicksilver.
This was our first ski trip with 4 kids (ages 10-2). The bunk beds made sleeping arrangements perfect and the proximity to lifts and the Breck ski school was exactly as we had hoped when booking. I could write pages about how perfect it was for us, but to save your time and mine, here are the 3 things we would have changed if we could.1. We drove up our Ford Expedition Max, and it turns out it is 18' long. The garage with the mounted ski rack at one end is 18' and a half inch.... I'm not kidding when I say we had not even on an inch on either end of the vehicle to make it fit in the garage. If you plan on driving a vehicle like this or a suburban, just plan to have a parking spotter.2. The kitchen plates were frustrating with young kids. They were a very thick glass and mostly chipped edges, none of them fit well in the dishwasher... we would've loved to have something different and more of them, also deeper bowls for soup.3. The water heater was undersized for the number of people showering each evening. After a day of skiing, there's nothing better than thawing off in a hot shower. The water heater was plenty hot for the first shower, but we learned we had to ration the showers to 8 minutes, and then wait 15 minutes between them in order for each person to have hot water for their entire shower.Ya'll those are small issues, and I'm not kidding when I say, those were our only gripes about the whole time there. It was great, and we will definitely be back again.

We were very happy with Cedars 16. The townhouse is walking distance to town and Quicksilver High Speed chairlift. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace worked well and was a nice to have after a day of skiing. We would stay at Cedars 16 on our next visit. Woodwinds was very responsive to answer any questions we had.

On the fourth night of our stay we were woken up at 2:30 AM by a chirping sound seemingly coming from the upstairs smoke alarm. We removed the battery and the unit from the ceiling wiring,but it didn't stop. We called the overnight number and I spoke to someone who told me to put the unit outside or in the fridge. We did all of this but the chirping from the empty ceiling space continued every 50 seconds. We went out to 7/11 at 3 AM to buy a battery, but that new battery did not stop the chirping noise either. We called back and asked for maintenance to come out to find the source because we had disabled the smoke alarm. My husband waited downstairs for the rest of the early morning but no one came until about 9:00. The chirping lasted every 50 seconds from 2:30 AM until we left maintenance with the unit at 10:00ish AM. He couldn't even figure out how to stop it! They had to get the owner's key for a closet because it sounded like the chirping was coming from inside a locked closet. The office staff was unhelpful and rude when I called to discuss it that afternoon after it had been fixed. We missed an entire night's sleep, which is unacceptable for the amount one pays to rent the condo. There was also a used diaper left under the master bedside table that we found at the end of our stay that was missed by housekeeping from a previous stay. It must not have been dirty because we never noticed a smell, but it's still gross. I was able to speak with property management owner at checkout and share this with her.She was empathetic and professional, and she was supposed to get back to me after looking into everything.Therefore, I waited 2 weeks to leave my review. I have not heard from her yet. The location was great, and they were attentive to needs during normal business hours, but failed miserably when it came to addressing a pressing issue that VERY negatively affected our alarm going off in a unit that cannot be disabled requires immediate attention.

The Condo was clean and in excellent condition. Great location with ski-in/ski-out. The only issue we had was the electric water heater would trip after use and had to be reset twice a day. My family had a great time skiing during spring break. Plan to come back next year! Wood Winds staff was excellent!

Very convenient location for skiing at Breckenridge! Second year staying here with our daughter and here family. Close to the slopes, makes an great place skiing with a 6 year old and 3 year old. Beds are very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. Made our reservations for next year before we left.

This location is close to the slopes and village but I would not consider it a ski in/out. Walk in/out, yes. The condo was not available at the time in which check in was communicated (4pm), Appliances were not working, Heater was not working, and there were necessity items that were not provided (like soap). $8000+ for a stay that wasn't important to them, was not ideal. Would not recommend.
Great place to stay, close to the lfts, lots of room to spread out and relax. The boot warmer was a huge hit with the kids and I. Hope to be back next year!
Fabulous property ski in/ski out to quicksilver lift
Wow.. what a great location to the ski hill. Literally 100 yards to the hill....Definitely ski in/ski out. Well stocked and labeled property. Easy to find at night in contrast to many properties in the mountains!! Multi level condo so if stairs are an issue may not be best property but otherwise fantastic!!
Very clean. Great location, about 100ft to slope. Loved that we could ski in for lunch and be back on the slopes in no time. Garage has a boot warmer which was a pleasant surprise. Only downside for my elderly parents was the 3 sets of steps to get from garage to bedrooms. Would definitely stay there again!
House was steps to the lifts and main street. Very clean and well stocked. Management company was very responsive and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again.
