Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Winter get away.

Great location, walk ability to a couple of restaurants or short drive. Grocery and liquor store across the street. it’s the beautiful beach and water from the units porch that we will return.

Perfect condo

This was our first stay in this specific condo, but not the complex. We loved all the updated furnishings. The pillows did leave feathers everywhere, but we just piled them up in a chair we weren’t using. Nothing negative to say about it. I do wish they would make a paved path around the side of the complex where the space is grassy. My toddler fell several times on the brick pathway.

we booked the place due to having a double bed and a single bed in the second bedroom. When we arrived we had 2 bunk beds in the second bedroom. This is not convenient for a couple that is in their 50's. Unfortunately the add showed something different and is why we booked this property. We were offered 15% off our next stay and then changed to 1 night refund which has never happened. We will never book with Vacassa again! VRBO did the listing but Vacassa is the management company. Our friends cut their week short due to the sleeping arrangements.

Found our new go-to rental.

Remodeled modern condo that was larger than the norm for the area. It had the view, the location, and the amenities we were looking for in previous rentals in Destin. We will be returning in the future for sure. The staff was friendly, prompt, and thoroughly professional..

Bright, clean, and well maintained.

Open floor plan with a well stocked kitchen with Zline appliances. Nicely decorated with a perfect view of the beach. Oh, the organic cotton Saatva mattress is the best! Then cleaning staff didn’t an excellent job! We will be staying here again!

Great location

The condo and location was perfect for us, however, the major renovations being done to entire property caused us to stay out of it during working hours 8:00-5:00. Sitting on the porch was tolerable until major grinding of the patio below us started. We found some gems of local museums in Panama City and Destin to pass the time. Very good local restaurants and shopping were close. Again, the condo and location was excellent! t

Disappointed-Renovations

We booked in the spring. Later mentioned construction renovations. The condo we stayed in was beautiful, updated and clean. The Huntington by the Sea complex was a wreck. Contractors everywhere, jackhammering on each floor walkways from 8am-5pm. You could not stay in the condo because of the noise and vibrations. Dust and dirt everywhere, contractors using up parking spaces. The beach and pool were very nice. The massive renovations should have dictated to discourage rentals for a period of time. We had to leave a day early. Thank you for asking. Mike

Family Getaway

The beach was breathtaking, and loved it was a smaller community made for easy access to and from beach. The 2 bedroom was perfect size, with awesome views, will definitely stay there again!

Location location location

We had a great stay here. Location is perfect, right on a beautiful beach, small complex that is older but well maintained. Included beach service is awesome, and beach isn’t crowded with chairs or people like it is at neighboring high rises- only one row of chairs here! The view from the balcony is amazing and we saw dolphins every morning. The condo itself is nicely decorated and spacious. A few small issues such as bath tubs very slow to drain, dirty dishes in the cabinets we had to wash ourselves before use and a dishwasher that wouldn’t open completely because it was blocked by the oven. Also the shared laundry room isn’t free and we didn’t realize that prior to arrival. Overall happy with our visit and would return because the location and beach access can’t be beat!

Great Family Spot

The unit was great, update nicely with a lovely view of the beach, building feels private and tucked away. The property itself if small(as opposed to some the Destin resorts which can be massive and provide extra amenities). We preferred this type of resort as it's easier to get around with kids and has easy access to the beach/pool. Pros - Heated pool - Lots of families with kids - Beach property was not crowed at all and chairs(2) and umbrella are provided w/ the stay. - Grocery/restaurants nearby - The beach is perfect, crystal clear water, shallow and clean. No real cons, the tubs need to be properly unclogged but would stay here again no problem.

Heavenly Sleep to the Sound of the Surf

We loved this property! The location is perfect. Felt very safe with the gate access parking lot. The views are amazing from the balconies in the living room and master suite! Literally ON the beach! Nice, quiet property with plenty of space to spread out! Beach was beautiful and there was plenty of room between umbrellas of the beach service. The beds are the best! Super comfy and you can sleep while listening to the crashing waves right outside your window! We liked being able to walk to restaurants and activities from here as well. Even walking distance to the outlets! We will be back for sure!!
