Casa Stefano n. 3 - spectacular lake view - parking - WIFI free

A delightful apartment of about 60 square meter (about 650 square feet), located on the 2nd floor of a small 5-units building. 10 minute walk from the town of Torri del Benaco (Località Pontirola n. 184) and 50 meters from the beach, but in a very quiet area, the apartment enjoys a stunning view of Lake Garda.

The living area, all with lake view, consists of living room and a quite large kitchen which is well equipped.
The kitchen is complete with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster plate, espresso and filter coffee makers, kettle.
In the living room, there is a three-seater sofa, ideal for relaxing in front of the TV and watch German, English, Danish, Belgian or Russian channels…

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, (one of which has a wonderful view to the lake) and the possibility of adding a cot bed.

The bathroom is large with shower, sink, toilet and bidet and washing machine.

The long balcony, with view to the lake, features a coffee table, chairs and electric awnings.

Connected to the apartment there is also a beautiful terrace, with a characteristic olive tree that "crosses" it. On the terrace, there is enoguh space to enjoy a meal while obseving the beautifulnes of lake Garda, or to simply sunbathe and relax.

A beach umbrella and one deck chair are provided.

There is also a large private parking for your use!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in Torri

Die Wohnung ist so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alles ist sauber und due Betten sind bequem. Super ist der Seeblick vom Balkon aus und die Fußnähe zu dem hübschen Ort. Ganz besonders war die freundliche Betreuung durch unsere Vermieterin Barbara, die uns viele Tipps gegeben hat.

Alles da - gute Lage

Das Appartement war mit allem ausgestattet was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Küche vollständig ausgestattet. Der Balkon war ausreichend groß und mit Möbeln bestückt. Der Blick auf den See ist wunderbar. Auch vom Bett aus zu genießen. Der Ort lässt sich nach einem kurzen Spaziergang entlang des Ufers gut erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist aufmerksam und freundlich und stets ansprechbar. Wir würden wieder dort buchen.

Perfect communication - wonderful apartment

Two women (36 + 40 years old) enjoyed their stay at the clean and well-equipped apartment. The communication with Barbara was very easy. She responds quickly via Whatsapp and is always eager to help with anything. For us it was a wonderful week!

Perfect Location

We were blown away by the views from the balcony - the photos don't do it justice! Barbara was a great host and gave us lots of info about the apartment and local area, and was easily contactable if needed. Location is great - it was great to be able to pop down for a swim in the lake, and an easy stroll into Torri to reach all the restaurants. Apartment was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed, and air conditioning came into it's own when temperatures soared!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung und nette Vermieterin !!!

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Barbara empfangen! Sie hat uns alles erklärt und wir fühlten uns gleich „ als ob man sich schon oft begegnet ist“ Sie ist sooooo .. hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich….. Wir haben eine traumhafte Zeit gehabt! Der Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon und,und…… Allein das ich mir meinen Traum erfüllen konnte… mit der Vespa um den Gardasee:—) Eins ist jetzt schon klar ….. > wir kommen wieder !!!

Diese Aussicht

Wir haben Dank Barbara einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser Wohnung in Torri del Benaco verbracht. Die Sicht vom Bett auf den See war einmalig. Die Wohnung hat uns alles geboten was wir brauchten. Der steile Anstieg von der Uferstraße zum Haus war schon eine kleine Herausforderung, die wir aber mit jedem Tag besser meistern konnten. Bei der Anreise sollte man auf keinen Fall dem Navi folgen und den abenteuerlichen Weg über den Berg nehmen, sondern die Uferstraße. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein Schild an der Auffahrt zum Haus anzubringen.

Barbara is a great host . Any little problem is fixed right away . Apartment clean and specious. View perfect. A place to come back to. Airco came in handy . The extra charge is worth it. But one friendly advice : have a sign at the main road where to turn off to the road to the apartment. But of course you want it to be a ‘ hidden gem’ 😀

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung

Das war eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen die ich in den letzten 25 Jahren gebucht hatte. Es hat alles gepasst, es war super sauber , alles ist vorhanden und die Lage ist perfekt. Was uns sprachlos gemacht hat war der Blick auf den Garda See, perfekt. Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich begrüßt und mit einer schönen Flasche Rotwein willkommen geheissen. Sie ist sehr hilfsbereit bei allem was man Sie fragt. Und immer freundlich. Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub und wir werden sicherlich nochmal dort einen Urlaub verbringen.

Schönster Sonnenuntergang auf der Terasse

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Barbara hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war uns eine sehr große Hilfe . Grazie Barbara. Zur Stadt ist es nicht weit , immer am See entlang . Eigener Parkplatz auf abgeschlossenem Hof war auch super. Ansonsten hat Barbara alles was man wissen muß in einer schönen Mappe zusammengefasst. Ja, am Gardasee ist es schön...

Ein sensationeller Urlaub

Ich fasse einmal zusammen: - sehr freundliche Begrüßung - Barbara hat viel erklärt und war und auch während des Urlaubs ein guter Ansprechpartner - Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben. Sensationeller Balkon mit Liegen -Wir waren 2 Personen und hatten sehr viel Platz . Das Appartement war sauber und alles nötige vorhanden. -sogar eine Waschmaschine -überdachter Parkplatz -toller Standort um den See zu erkunden. Es gab 3 Dinge , die uns nicht gut gefallen haben. - Wir waren Mitte Juni und es war heiss. Eine Klimaanlage hat gefehlt. -das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und - der Einstieg ins Wasser ist nicht schön und dort liegen konnte man nicht. Es gab in der Nähe diverse Möglichkeiten . Es war trotz der Punkte ein gelungener Urlaub und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Dann aber im Mai....zum Wandern war es schon fast zu heiß.... Barbara, vielen lieben Dank für Deine Gastfreundlichkeit und Deine tollen Tipps. Es war ein wundervoller Urlaub!!!

Appartement komplett wie beschrieben. Der Empfang durch Barbara herzlich und offen. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit Totalblick auf den Gardasee inkl. Sonnenuntergang. Am liebsten gerne wieder.

Hätte besser nicht sein können...

Das Apartment liegt super (sensationeller Blick über den Lago, Parkmöglichkeit hinterm Haus, Bademöglichkeit: 1 Minute, Einkaufen & Essen gehen: 5 Minuten, die Straße ist wie überall nahe des Sees zu hören, aber gut erträglich) und wirklich vollständig ausgestattet. Die Gastgeberin Barbara ist zudem super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Tolle Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick... alles prima! Spülmaschine wäre ein i- Tüpfelchen.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der sehr schönen Wohnung verbracht. Torri ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt und auch ein sehr schöner Ort. Die Aussicht vom Balkon und vom Schlafzimmer ist traumhaft. Kleiner Strand und Ort sind flott zu erreichen. (Fußweg am See entlang). Absolute Empfehlung .

Es war eine wunderschöne Woche in einer schönen Ferienwohnung ! Der Strand ist schnell erreicht !

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern und schön eingerichtet! Der Blick auf den nahen See umwerfend und auch der kiesige Strand schnell erreicht !! Zur Stadt läuft man ca 10 Minuten was immer kurzweilig ist! Man läuft immer auf einem guten Fußweg dem See entlang!!! Die Vermieterin Barbara ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit !!Sie ist jederzeit erreichbar!!! Auch das Städtchen Torri del Benaco ist sehenswert und viele gute Restaurants laden ein!! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!! Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!!!

Tolle Unterkunft, schöner Urlaub, gern wieder

Der Urlaub war genau wie erhofft - wunderschön. Der Gardasee ist wirklich eine Reise wert, das Wasser ist glaskar und wunderbar um zu baden. In der nahen Umgebung um Torri gibt es jede Menge Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Bilder der Ferienwohnung lügen nicht. Die Aussicht ist bombastisch. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet. Durch die Hanglage in zweiter Reihe bekommt man nicht so viel von der Hauptstraße mit - man hört zwar die Fahrzeuge, aber wir konnten dennoch mit geöffneter Balkontüre schlafen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb vom Ortskern, ist aber fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr schön fanden wir auch den eigenen Pkw-Stellplatz auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Torri del Benaco ist zwar ein etwas kleinerer, beschaulicherer Ort - die Gastronomie ist aber auch hier hervorragend. Außerdem finde ich die geografische Lage sehr gut. Nach Norden Rtg. Malcesine und nach Süden Rtg. Garda, Bardolino, Lazise ist es nicht weit. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal da und wenn wir wieder kommen, dann hierher.

Toller Urlaub

Die Wohnung liegt ca. 15 Minuten Fussweg vom Ortszentrum Torri del Benaco entfernt und ist entsprechend gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Insbesondere für abendliche Ausflüge in den Ort ist dies sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Reihe oberhalb der Strasse am Gardasee. Der Straßenverkehr ist somit nicht allzu störend. Insbesondere im hinteren Schlafzimmer kommt man allmorgendlich in den Genuss eines wunderbaren Vogelkonzerts. Die Wohnung ist für 4 Personen perfekt, die Ausstattung ist gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
