Beautiful and very large condo, but tapping noise above us

I would have given this home 5 stars if it wasn’t for the constant tapping noise above us. It sounded like someone was tapping on the pipes, and it occurred constantly, even in the middle of the night. I took an audio of it, if the property owner wants to hear it. Other than that we really loved the condo. The bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in away from home! The condo was very clean and spacious, with updated appliances. If they can solve the noise problem, I would book it again.

Awesome!

This is my third time at Sterling shores and every unit I have stayed at has never been a disappointment honestly. This unit specifically was super nice! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and gadgets of all kinds. The property was very clean! Although the living room furniture could be updated or deep cleaned. I just put a sheet over the couch and it did the job. For me personally I care about the beds. And let me tell you they were squeaky clean!! The beds are sooo comfortable!! We slept like babies lol! There are plenty of towels, all clean. Iron and hair dryer available. Overall great place to stay, my family and I really enjoyed it!!

Best stay ever!!!

I loved our room it was exactly like the pictures! Our view was AMAZING! And the beds were so soft and comfortable it took a while for my toddlers to wake up 💀🤦🏽‍♀️🤣 we enjoyed this stay so much that we HAD to extend for an extra day. Everyone in Destin are so nice and so clean ♥️ I really enjoyed my time there . Book this stay you won’t regret it. Also there is a restaurant on the beach where you can eat AND DRINK ON THE BEACH!! Can’t beat that!

Great location!

We loved the location of this unit and the fact that the property had a fitness center, large pool, and a smaller heated pool with easy beach access. Also, it was easy to access the beach. And parking at the hotel was easy as well. Our room was clean with modern furniture and decor. Plenty of room for our family of four. I like that both bathrooms were a decent size and the view from the room was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay

Sterling Shores has always been our go-to spot. This home was everything we wanted. Large bedrooms, large living room, plenty of space for 4 adults and a child. Nicely decorated and the view is always amazing!

Beautiful view. Neat but not clean and time for bathrooms to be updated!

We love Sterling Shores and this room was beautiful but it is time for the bathrooms to be remodeled. The view was amazing from the 10th floor. The room was very neat but not real clean. Just a little discouraging considering the cost and all of the fees paid to stay.

Nice Condo

Our condo was very nice. I would stay there again but there are a few things that there could improve. Need more pans. There was only one small frying pan. Couch is very uncomfortable! The volume on the TV in master bedroom wouldn’t change…up or down. These are just nit picky, but can easily addressed.

Great stay!

We were in town for a wedding and loved our stay at Sterling Shores! The private beach access, and close proximity to scenic hwy 98 were perfect! Everything was clean and the staff were very professional.

Cozy stay and the perfect vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated home listening to the ocean waves morning and night! The pools were great and convenient! Beach a few steps away, chairs put out and taken down for you for fee! Home had everything you need! 90 percent of home is updated beautifully and clean! We hope to stay here again ! Nice condo

Very nice condo. Nice furnishings and setup. Clean and well equipped kitchen. Loved the large balcony and sweeping views of the gulf. That was our favorite spot. Even saw dolphins at a distance and the sunsets were gorgeous. The main pool was too cold in early March, but we still enjoyed walks on the beach. Only small negative was the sound of airplanes and helicopters when sliding doors were open due to close proximity to runway. Otherwise, loved the unit and would rent it again. PS: the master bathroom vanity door and hinge needs repair. It had no impact on us but thought you might want to know.

Family trip

I would give the view a 5 of 5, but I gave the overall stay a 3 because it wasn’t cleaned very well. There was still stuff on the floor that should have been easily swept up. When I cleaned a spill off the floor the paper towel was extremely dirty so it makes me question if the floors were even done. The wrist bands we are suppose to wear to the beach were still covered in sand as well. With covid going on they should be sanitized between guests. Also, the door to the laundry room is still broke. As mentioned the bathrooms weren’t remodeled like the rest of the place, but functional. The rest of the remodel and decor was perfect! Pictures on the website are accurate.
