Couple of issues you need to be aware of the road coming in the front door is soil big-time been replaced. Also, you got a leak in the back of the shower in the primary bathroom that’s gonna cause mold to leak if you need to get it fixed the leak to get fixed. The toilet lid in the guest bathroom is broken. Needs to be replaced.

This was a beautiful condo, very nicely furnished, kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are newer and high end. The patio furniture was so much better than that of some of the condos we have stayed in. I highly recommend this condo!

Pluses Nice view, easy beach access and heated pool. Twin beds were a plus versus bunk bed set up in other units. Love The Back Porch and candy store. You park your car and never need to move it. Minuses queen mattress needs replacing, King mattress needs a box spring under it. You need to be tech savvy to work televisions as there were no instructions provided.

PH03 was nice

I hope someday we can all Come back. The furniture was dark and bulky and the one bathroom was not clean by the shower. On the flip Side, Sterling Shores is beautiful and the view From the condo was amazing!

Overall I would certainly recommend this condo. Clean, with a beautiful view, close to everything we wanted but far enough away to feel like a private resort. The pool and the grounds are very well-kept. The elevators are fast and getting to the beach is shorter than some all-inclusive resorts we have stayed at. Everyone had a blast on our vacation and there isn't much negative to say about our stay here. The management team overseeing the property is the best I have ever dealt with. They are very responsive and helpful. Direct text that they respond to within just a couple of minutes, every time. If you plan on staying here, definitely check out the Back Porch restaurant. If you go out in town, my favorite restaurant is McGuire's Irish Pub of Destin near Destin Harbor. Share a meal because they are massive! I hope you find this helpful.

Had a blast

We had a party of six including 4 teenagers. Everyone loved the condo and the view. It is difficult to get I. And out of because of construction, but that really can’t be avoided. WiFi was very spotty and when I inquired with the gentleman in the office, he said there must be too many devices logged on. Did not offer any help. The wall outlets in both bathrooms are not working. Overall a great experience even with the hiccups.

Disappointed

Our family beach trip turned into constant issues with condo appliances and bed frames…things that should have been confirmed as fixed/working before our arrival. We had to put items on ice and one family member ended up with food poisoning due to sausage that went bad from the freezer not working. We never could keep ice in the freezer…it was constantly melting. The neighbors in condo unit next to us constantly played loud music…couldn’t enjoy the balcony and Vacasa didn’t do anything other than provide a different number to call. Vacasa is a terrible property management company. If I owned a unit…they would be the last company I would hire to manage it. They didn’t even place coffee filters in the unit…no basic supplies were provided. Totally disappointed!
