Condo was hands down the best we have ever stayed in. Super clean, beautiful views, super clean resort, clean pools. The condo itself is beautiful. Decorated so nice with everything you could possibly need. We will definitely stay here again. Host was wonderful and answered every question we may have had. Thank you!!

Communication was easy when we had questions. The price compared to what others paid was AMAZING, especially considering we were in the Penthouse. The only negative was the wait for the elevators. Everything else was top notch.

Great location, beautiful view, many conveniences, great family-oriented place.
Condo itself was perfect! Management company did not have clean upon arrival so we spent first night cleaning, but did give 2 hour later checkout after we requested to make up for some of lost time, but we did have to keep following up to get an answer. Hopefully, management company will improve as condo is an awesome place with great views and cozy & wonderful for families with everything needed in unit. Safe, fun, & awesome location!

Amazing!!
This was our families best vacation yet! I think this home and location made it that way! The condo was clean and spacious! I wish it had more kitchen garbage bags and towels but if that’s my only complaint, that says a lot! Short walk to private beach as well as a big pool and a smaller pool that is heated seasonally! Although the management said it’s not heated in the spring, I think it was though because it was pretty warm compared to the big pool. Anyway, it was so nice being close to Walmart and any other convenient shopping for the trip and by great food too! Will make this place our annual vacation home😊

Beautiful spacious penthouse
The PH08 unit was very spacious. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were more than what we need . Close to the beach and nearby restaurants. I wish the restaurants were closer though. We drove out to breakfast, dinners and when we wanted to go out for ice-cream. The big pool was not warm enough to swim and the small pool filled up fast because of that. I understand it is still early spring, so I can't complain. All around a top notch place.

Very nice/beautiful view
The penthouse condo was very nice. It was very spacious for 6 adults. It was clean and was well appointed. There are two pools that are very nice. It is very convenient to have the pool, restrooms and snack bar next to the beach.

Simply Amazing
Everything was great about this penthouse it actually exceeded my expectations based on some reviews I had read, the location was great along with the view it all was great. My 7 year old enjoyed swimming in the pool every night, we did pay for beach setup which was $60/day not bad at all. It was also close to Restaurants and grocery stores we will definitely be back soon.

A much needed break
Our family has experienced a number of losses this year. We were in need of a break away. We decided on Sterling Shores, as we had been there twice before, and loved it! This time was no different. The condo was beautiful, the pristinely manicured and the staff was exceptionally friendly. 2 pools on the property, The Front Porch Seafood Restaurant and the beautiful emerald shores right across the street; there is no need to leave the site to drive anywhere else. 5++ and cannot wait to book next year! ❤️

Spacious, clean and good smelling. Great beach access and spacious pool area. Could do better with hot water for showers and pool area needs to replace lounge chairs. Loved the fact that you could BBQ right out by the pool!

Our Stay in PH08
This is our third visit to Sterling Shores and our stay in PH08 was fantastic! Our daughter and six year old granddaughter made the trip with us this time and Vacasa did not disappoint. We arrived on Saturday, May 8 . There were a few issues when we arrived and here's the lowdown on how quickly they were fixed. There is a huge piece of wall art in the master bedroom over the bed that was barely hanging by a thread and the management team sent someone from maintenance same day to get that fixed. The carpet in the master bedroom was just too dirty for my taste. I called the Vacasa team onsite and Lawanna was able to get someone out on Monday to get the carpet cleaned! The views from this PH condo were amazing! The owner has plenty of comfortable furniture on the balcony too. We're planning on coming down again and we will definitely be staying at Sterling Shores!

Excellent Destin Vacation!
This is the perfect location for your Destin vacation! The penthouse location on the top floor is tough to beat and has a great view. Two pools and exclusive beach access is a plus as well. We also love going to the Back Porch restaurant across the street too. Loved everything about it!

Condo was beautiful
We really loved staying at PH08. The penthouse is decorated beautifully. We did have a little bit of issues with the master bedroom duvet cover having menstrual blood on it and the sheets had not been changed. Unfortunately we didn't notice this until later in the night. The next day house keeping dropped off a set of sheets and a new duvet cover. We also didn't have enough towels for 7 people. With all that being said. We would stay again, the location to everything is wonderful. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach.
