Property was just as it was listed! Balcony has a great view for family dinners for those nights in. Clean, all the appliances you need and friendly lobby staff!

Couples get away

Fantastic property! Very easy to deal with. Location could not be better. If there was one down side it would be the master bed is extremely firm. The price could not be beat. We will stay here again in the future.

Had a nice time. The grounds were very nice. Pool and beach area were great. Staff was very nice. My only complaint is there was a large $$ amount of "fees" just to stay here. Things like clean fee, resort fee, damage waiver, and booking fee. The dishwasher was broke, but Management knew about it and gave us a discount for each day because they couldn't get a vendor there quick enough. All and all, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful view made it perfect

Overall it was great location, no complaints. The elevators are super slow so take the stairs if you can and the hallways off the elevator could use a little more TLC. The accommodations were great for my family (3 boys, ages 4/10/16), everything was perfect. The kitchen sink faucet had a small leak on the back side (nothing crazy) but we managed by placing a kitchen towel on it. Everything you need is in the kitchen and yes their is a Keurig available! Make sure to get small items like spices and cooking oils for your needs. Overall..beautiful view of the pool, well maintained landscape and ocean view was perfection. We will definitely be back to Sterling Shores.

Sterling Shores (Unit 409)

I am a long term renter, 4 months. I have 2 more months before my departure. This is my 3rd season at Sterling Shores and plan on returning. I treat the condo as my home, it feels like home. I am trying to reserve this unit for the 2020-21 season but have not received any info on how to go about it. It was simple when I could go down to the office on site. I would appreciate direction on how I go about reserving this unit. Thank You Margaret Preston (409)

Nice place but bad communication

Check-in was fine with no issues. The only real issue was that there wasn’t any required wristbands left in the unit. It took some work to reach someone that could help us. My biggest complaint about the communication is that someone was texting me literally in the middle of the night about the wristbands which woke me up and didn’t sleep much after that. It was around 2:00 am. The sleeper sofa was broken and not able to use. One of our guests slept on the couch which was terribly uncomfortable.

Anniversary Celebration

The property was very clean and as described on the website. checkin was very easy and plenty of parking in of the building. The pools were great and easy access to the beach. We only had one issue with the TV Remote in the second bedroom. I didn't bother to complain about it since we only slept and only watched TV in the main living room area... Would diffently recommed this Condo to others. Excellet view from the balcony. Shopping and resturants were very close by

Nice property. Property was Clean and well laid out with a lovely view. Our only issues were that the tv in the living room is an extremely hard set up to get to work and the smoke detector started beeping our last night and continued all night long.

Long weekend in Destin

The condo was very nice. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The balcony is very roomy. The beach was a bit crowded but very clean and the water warm.
