This charming beach retreat is at the Sterling Shores Resort. The soft white sand, clear turquoise water, and nearby activities will provide a vacation you will never forget. This condo has 2 bedrooms, each with an attached full bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa with a mattress topper for extra comfort. Vacasa staff are located in the ground-floor office to assist with any questions or issues during your visit.
The primary bedroom has a queen bed, an attached bathroom, and a large Jacuzzi tub/shower. The second bedroom has a full bed with its own attached full bathroom. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, blackout curtains, TVs, and DVD players.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a blender, toaster, and Keurig duo coffee maker that uses K-Cups or ground coffee. Four large gas grills are located near the pool.
The living room has a smart TV with streaming apps (you must use your own account to access them), a queen sleeper sofa, two reclining chairs, and a ceiling fan.
The dining table has seating for six, but there are also three bar seats for extra space.
The balcony has a high-top table for unobstructed views of the white sand beach, Gulf, and sunsets. Plus, two patio chairs and a chaise lounge.
The hall closet has a folding wagon for guests to use, and there may be some chairs and beach/pool toys you can use. Please clean the sand off before returning them to the closet.
This property features a lagoon-style pool and a smaller pool by the beach (heated in the winter). Seasonal drink/snack shack by the small pool or an easy walk to the Sand Bar for great food/drinks and live music in the summer (located on the beach at the condo complex to the east). Take out food/drinks from the Back Porch and get sweet treats from the Candymaker.
Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98, but the condo is well-insulated, so traffic noise is not a problem. It is a short walk to delicious restaurants like 790 Gulf and The Back Porch. Grocery and retail stores just down the road include Target, Whole Foods, Walmart, and Publix. Easy drive to the Destin Harbor for food, entertainment, boat rentals, or excursions. Also, check out Baytowne Village for more food and entertainment.
THINGS TO KNOW
Bath towels and linens are provided, but bring your own beach/pool towels.
Also provided: 1 roll of paper towels, small dish soap, a packet of dishwasher detergent, a packet of laundry detergent, dish sponge, dish towel, trash bags, hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper.
Luggage carts are available to haul items up to the condo, available in the parking garage.
Ice is available for purchase from the vending machine in the east garage.
You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas from beach service, located on the beach near the back porch.
Large parking lot with unassigned parking. No trailers, campers, scooters, golf carts, or boats are permitted on the property.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
