Lovely Condo and great location

The entire facility (condo, pool, amenities) was very clean and provided everything we needed. The location was perfect as well. The check in and out was super easy through the app. Also, when I had questions, I would reach out via text and receive a response within minutes. I would definately use Vacasa and stay at this location again.

Perfect for the price!

This condo provides all the basics you would need! Has a great view and the temperature of the room was very nice in comparison to other condos. You might want to bring an extra blanket if you are used to a comforter at home.

Great views

Very spacious and functional. Grounds were excellent! Had everything and then some for cooking! Countertop was very nice and clean. Nice walk to beach and convenient. Loved the oversized balcony. Wished I’d had a lounge chair. The reason for the 4 was the furniture needed an upgrade. Not very comfortable. Beds in small Br were very squeaky n uncomfortable.

Hidden Gem

This is the second time we stayed here. The unit has a balcony and spacious rooms and kitchen comfortable for family of four. We liked walking around in the lawn and walkways with ocean breeze flowing around. While the condo itself is ocean-front, it is also closer to Henderson Beach state park and Destin Harbor.

Great Stay!!

We drove down and got there early and we did not expect to get our room but it did open up sooner and it wind up not being the room that I rented it was the room next-door. So we had a little mixup for about 30 minutes trying to get the room that I rented available for us it was also the room had not been changed or something the twin beds there was also a roach fell out of the toilet paper roll when I was using it. So we finally did get into our room the correct one. We stayed for four nights and had a great time the weather was absolutely outstanding the water was flat as flat could be taki

Nice condo Poor Service

We loved the condo and the bed was comfy. The view was amazing! The condo was well equipped with any cookware we needed. Now to the negatives. The grills and pools were supposed to be open until 10 p.m. We had a planned and prepped a nice dinner in with the use of the grills. We went downstairs at 8:40 p.m. and the door were locked. When we reached out to vacasa nothing was resolved. The next couple of mornings we were woken up by an yearly fire safety test that last 3 hours both days. Upon checking out we asked a representative in the office to access a printer to print a scan code and we were told they didn't have one. She told us to go in our vehicles right around the corner to FedEx. After over a mile drive we got what we needed. We clearly saw multiple printers right behind her. No customer service etticut at all. On our last day checkout was at 10. We were inside packing and not even fully dressed and housekeeping used their key and came in 3 times at 9 a.m.

No pool for 2 days

The room was great. We did not have a pool for about 2 and half days. It was drained. I talked to the Vacasa rep and she was very rude. We stay here and pay a little more because of the pool. After talking to other guest this was their experience also. I understand things happen but Vacasa is our rep for this room and thus should be responsible and at least say "sorry". Again let me say the room was GREAT. This all falls on Vacasa.

Stay was ok...

Besides the bad weather, everything was lovely. I extended my stay at the last minute due to weather and only if the offer was still available but it had expired for extending. I feel as if that's bad marketing. But view was lovely but unit could have been cleaner. I would visit again though. Kind of noisy waking up from unit upstairs but everything we needed was there.

There is nothing special about this place at all. Nothing new or updated. Everything is old and looks dirty. The resort itself looks meh. Lots of broken things around and so so maintenance.

Exceeded expectations in every way, very satisfied customer!

My 8 year old son and I came up from Tampa for a few days to visit Destin. From check in to check out the entire Vacasa staff was wonderful. Sterling Shores was beautiful, our condo was awesome and we had everything we needed and then some to enjoy our stay.......including the VERY comfortable bed!! Location is great and service at the beachside pool bar was top notch as well. Highly recommended and looking forward to our next stay!!

Better than pics (and they aren't bad)!

Very well appointed and relaxing. Location and views are incredible. My wife and I a very experieinced travelers (1m mile+ club) and this was condo and resort are perfectly thought out from just about every angle. Great value! We will be back.
