This exquisite vacation home is located on the top floor of the Redfish Village Resort. It has everything traveling families or groups need to enjoy a relaxing getaway on the Gulf. Enter the property at the beach through a private breezeway - the perfect spot for storing beach gear while also providing a furnished outdoor living space. Beach and pool toys are available for younger guests. Redfish Village’s location is ideal. A one-block walk/bike ride will take you to the private Redfish Village beach access with a gated bathroom and showers. There is also a free seasonal beach shuttle. Looking for a break from the beach? Enjoy the many options at Redfish Village, including a resort-style pool (heated seasonally) and another smaller pool (heated year-round). There is a playground for the kids and a workout room for the grownups. Enjoy the Ping-Pong table and seasonal lawn games while cooking poolside on the gourmet gas grills. Stroll on the boardwalk to Little Redfish Lake - an authentic resort feel awaits. The beaches of Blue Mountain are laid back and family-friendly. 30A is bike, pedestrian, and golf cart friendly, too. The local Publix, Seaside, and Grayton Beach are less than five miles away.

Perfect Stay

We spent Thanksgiving at Redfish and this home didn't disappoint. It is very spacious and had everything we needed. It even includes four beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

Great property with a little exceptions

The Redfish is a great property. Included many amenities that were necessary for a relaxing vacation. Located conveniently within walking distance to the beach. I have a couple of suggestions for the property, however. Number one, it would have been helpful to have a directory to the property to help locate the owners lounge/gym ( there may have been signage that I missed, but I didn’t see any. A property map would have been helpful with the information and parking pass that was left in the unit. Second, it was rather confusing about tent set up on the beach. The first two days of our stay, we were allowed to set up our “ Cool Cabanna” behind the rental umbrellas. On the third day, we were told that is not allowed and we needed to move up next to the retaining wall near the steps. There was no signage at the Redfish beach entrance that stated this. I’m not sure if it was a private beach rule for Redfish or a general rule for Blue Mountain beach, but I feel that information should also be shared in the preliminary packet left within the unit or on the Redfish website. Again, I understand the companies setting up for umbrella rentals should be able to have designated spots and maybe to only allow them on the front row, but to make me set up my personal tent so far back seemed a bit extreme. The last few days, we just set up on the public beach, but it seemed very unfair since we paid for a stay at the Redfish.

The home was beautiful, fully furnished and stocked with everything you need. I have owned two Florida beach homes and was really pleased with the home. The home has two doors to enter. The first door code is to the hallway leading to the home.This was not clearly noted in the check in instructions. It took me, a Redfish owner and help from the local Vacasa on site contact 45 minutes to figure this out. The Vacasa 1-800 folks did not know about the two doors, the local contact Heather fixed the issue ASAP when we reached out to her. Heather was wonderful!! I will be renting again next Thanksgiving for sure.

Redfish Village - Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in M2-413. Very spacious, clean condo with a private breezeway for all the beach necessities. Beds were very comfortable and loved the third bedroom with bunk beds plus a roll away. Convenient location and very close to the beach. Will definitely stay at Redfish Village again!

Wonderful stay!

Fantastic!

Perfect location for our family! We do have sons that are 18+, so walking to the beach is no big deal. We used the shuttle service once but mostly took the short walk to the beach. M2-413 has a phenomenal layout with an locked breezeway area for toys/chairs/hanging beach towels., plus 2 outdoor areas. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and measuring spoons for cooking. Each bedroom had extra blankets and pillows, if needed. It was one of the best places we’ve stayed in the 30-A area. Hope to come back soon!

Vacation at Redfish Village

We spent a week vacation in unit M2-413 in Redfish Village at Blue Mountain Beach. We chose this property because it offered 3 bedrooms, short walk to the beach and because of the numerous amenities of the property. We noted a very high rating from previous renters. Perfect family beach condo!

Clean, spacious condo. So close to the beach. The outdoor swimming pool is heated 👍🏻 We enjoyed our stay. The only thing that would be nice to have was salt, coffee filters. Usually these things are included. Other than that everything was great!

Fantastic Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at Redfish Village, but 1st time at this condo unit. Everything was perfect. Condo was clean. Kitchen well stocked. There are 2 spacious patios, both with comfortable outdoor seating. We had 7 people, there was more than enough space for everyone. There are 2 twin roll away beds-we did not use them but there is certainly enough space to pull them out if needed for additional guests. Golf Cart service to the beach is convenient, never had to wait more than just a couple minutes for a ride. We enjoyed the pool, it was never crowded. We made many visits to The Shake Shop across the street for donuts and ice cream. Red Fish Taco is located in this complex - our meal there was delicious. We will certainly be back to Red Fish Village again and would absolutely stay at this unit.

Not the best Redfish Experience

We have stayed at RedFish 10+ times and this condo was the least clean and comfortable one yet. Visible mold growing in the showers (the master shower hadn’t been cleaned in months) and the patio area was not touched by the cleaning crew. The kitchen utensils were still wet from prior guests and we had to clean most of them prior to use. The bedding was subpar, with cheap, uncomfortable mattresses. No linens provided for the foldout twin mattresses. One of these mattresses was soiled heavily. RedFish Village is the perfect location, I’d highly recommend the area. The grounds and pool were well kept. The grills are well maintained. Easy access to the beach. All of the reasons we love RedFish still hold true. Overall, this place was okay. A thorough cleaning crew and some better mattresses would have made a big difference.

Beautiful, roomy condo in perfect location

My family stayed in M2-413 in early June 2021. It was perfect for our family of 10 (4 adults, 3 young adults, and 3 teens). We loved that it had 3 full bathrooms. The 6 'kids' wanted to sleep in the same room, so 4 slept in the bunk beds and the other 2 slept on the cots ... there was barely enough room for this arrangement, but that's what they wanted, instead of having someone sleep on the pullout couch. The washing machine is smallish, so that meant several loads, especially when washing beach towels and condo towels, but it sure was handy to have there! Publix is a short drive away to get essentials, like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, and groceries (next time I will look for a Walmart though as the prices seemed high). The condo was clean enough, although it could really use a deep cleaning. The vacuum was full upon arrival, there was some mold in the master shower, and a few other things weren't as clean as I would want them if it were my condo, but we loved it there so much that it's hardly worth mentioning. The parking space was next to impossible to find ... the numbers are only painted on the curb and are somewhat random, plus you can't see the numbers where cars are parked already. If you rent at this location, be sure to ask for a diagram of the parking garage and exactly where your spot is before you arrive. That should automatically be included with the check-in email. There are carts available to haul your luggage, etc up to your condo in the elevator, which is very handy. We never had to wait for a cart. It's a super short walk to the beach, and the beach is gorgeous. VERY NICE, SAFE AREA. The white sand doesn't get hot and is lovely to walk on. Very clean beach area. No shells to step on. The water is clear, without tons of seaweed. There is a lifeguard station right by the entrance to the beach. I liked that we didn't have to rent chairs and an umbrella unless we wanted to, as you can bring your own chairs. Beach chairs are around $12.99 each at Publix. We each had our own chairs, but we did end up renting an umbrella and 2 chairs (I think this was $35/day) each day so we could rotate out of the sun. The corner deck for this unit is large and we absolutely loved sitting out there in the evening. There is also a very large covered outdoor area to keep your beach gear and coolers that is locked (for this unit). VERY HANDY. We did have one bad experience ... 2 of our young adult females went to a local pub (alone). One of them was slipped something in her drink. We aren't sure if it was one of the local regulars in the bar, or if it was the gruff male bartender. We felt comfortable letting them go because the whole area feels so safe. Don't let that experience keep you from renting at Redfish, but be mindful if you go to any local pubs. Lastly, Hayley with Vacassa was so helpful and super sweet. We are so ready to come back! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Family Vacation at M2-413

Loved this condo! Would re book again. Lots of space! We comfortably had 7 people there and honestly 2 more would have been no big deal. Full kitchen with all the utensils and cooking gadgets needed. 5 minute walk to the beach. Shuttle was a great option! Private entrance to beach was great! Would definitely recommend! !

More than Expected

We had to reschedule a previously scheduled vacation to the 30A area and were unable to book where we had previously booked. After searching, reading reviews, and looking at every picture known to man, we booked Redfish Village M2-413. Whenever we opened the door to the unit we were blown away by how nice the space was! We had two families staying together and there was plenty of room in the three bedrooms. The kitchen, dining, and living room area were perfect for gatherings and the balconies (especially the one off the living room/master) were perfect for watching the sunset. We loved that the private beach access was only a short walk (even with no shuttle due to COVID); do yourself a favor and rent the umbrella and chairs on the beach. We loved how quiet and laid back everything was. No hustle and bustle of Watercolor/Seaside but the same water/beaches. We will FOR SURE be returning to Redfish Village in the future!

Redfish 413

We have stayed at redfish village several years in row for vacation. We always have loved it but our unit was very dirty this time. Floors, toilets, dishes were very dirty. We went and bought our own cleaning supplies to clean the unit, even though extra cleaning steps due to covid are what they are advertising as being done. This too was the first time we stayed in a unit that didn’t include a beach chair set up. It is very expensive to pay for the setup for the whole time. Some beach chairs were provided in the unit but you can’t set up on the front row at the beach. Only the 30a shade chairs can be on the front and there is no guarantee if you pay them that you will be on the front either. They will set up a lot of chairs for owners that never come down all day and you will have to be back behind the empty chairs. This is the first time we’ve experienced this and thought it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
