About this property

House of full foot, on 600m2 of closed garden.
800m from the city center and its many summer events.
At 800m from the beach of the mine and 1 km from a supermarket.
All accessible by bike paths.
At disposal: 2 adult bikes, table and chairs, a BB seat, barbecue, deckchairs.
You will find peace and quiet without having to use the car.
The children will be safe and you in total serenity.
Deposit of 400 € + 50 € of household to hand over the day of the arrival
From June to August: Departures and arrivals are on Saturdays.

Bel environnement

Maison très agréable et lumineuse. Bien équipée . Mise a disposition de 2 vélos très appréciée . (Piste cyclable en face de la maison) . Jardin agréable et environnement calme et silencieux . Météo au rdv pour le séjour.

Maison agréable

La maison est bien située, pas trop loin de la plage de la mine et du centre ville. Elle est très agréable et fonctionnelle.

agréable séjour

Maison conforme à la description bien agencé. J'ai adoré les vélos et merci au propriétaire pour en avoir rajouter un 3éme idéal pour se déplacer beaucoup de piste cyclable dont une qui passe devant la maison mes premières vacances vélo à refaire. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut manque peut être un parasol pour se mettre sur la terrasse par grand soleil pas possible de manger dehors et peut être un petit canapé d'angle plus confortable que les deux 2 places du salon . Beaucoup de plages accessible à vélo. Allez y sans hésiter

Cette maison est bien placée et est confortable, par contre il manque des lampes de chevet (pour la lecture du soir) et la propreté du four est à revoir. Tout le reste est correct.
