Delightful house

This house was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting family and friends in the Ft Myers area. The nice gas grill and comfortable patio area provided us the luxury of being able to host family for a meal. The location gave us easy access to our friends in North Ft Myers and Cape Coral. We walked the neighborhood for exercise and felt safe. Being at the end of a dead end street, the house was very quiet. The house itself was comfortable, had all the amenities we could want or need with innumerable thoughtful little extras. We have no negatives about this house and would stay there again.

Clean and Cozy Fort Myers Gem

This was perfect for us! We were visiting family in the BellTower area, and this home-away-from-home was perfect. Clean, comfortable, great location, quiet neighborhood, and the host checked in via text to make sure all our needs were met. I would definitely stay sgain.

Lovely home away from home

Beautiful home. Great accommodations. We really appreciated the full sized shampoo and conditioner as well as the kids toys! They loved them. Short drive to the beach. The owners were quick to fix any issues that we had and were super friendly and quick to answer.

Annual vacation to FMB

This property had everything we needed for a week long stay. It was close to FMB, Sanibel and Cape Coral. All locations we love to visit. The cottage is very cozy, and has many amenities that hotels do not have. I would choose this property again and recommend it.

The home description is accurate. We appreciated the amount of available space and the near proximity to many different locations, e.g., Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Sanibel / Captiva Islands, Bonita Beach, Cape Coral, and many more destinations. If you have small children, there are a couple of playgrounds in the neighborhood. Marisa and Jeremy are holistically good hosts, and I will rent from them again in the future.

Highly recommended.

The home was extremely clean and the space was perfect for our family. There is some work to be done as a result of the hurricane, but it wasn't extensive and did not impact the safety and cleanliness of the home. We were pleased with the space and the home during our stay.

Labor Day getaway

Great stay! Super clean and easy to check in and out. Centrally located between ft. Meyers beach and sanibel. Stayed with 3 kids and was more than enough room. Very kid friendly with bunk beds in one of the rooms and some toys for young kids.

This is a great house for a family! So much space for our family of 4, and everyone had their own bedroom. Everything is well appointed and very spacious. All beach necessities included--what a plus! Cute decor, cute house and great location! Convenient to everything.

I had high expectations and they were all far surpassed

First thing we noticed was the property being on the end of a dead end which was excellent because that meant we didn't have any traffic going by the house at night. Stepping into the house, it was clean, beautiful, and was a nice temperature to walk into from the hot sun. The couches and chairs were comfy and a nice, spacious kitchen to set up in for the next few days. The bedrooms were all nice and clean and comfy as well. Literally the only problem we had if I was held at gunpoint to choose something wrong, was the DVD player in the bunk bed room wouldn't read the DVDs which wasn't really a problem, just literally the only possible thing anyone could complain about. Great stay. Would stay again. Longer even.

Friends Get Away

We loved our experience at the Beach House! The property was clean and the owners thought of everything you may need during your stay. The house was decorated so cute and made you feel at home. The house was located 15 min from Fort Meyers Beach which was perfect for us. The owners were very attentive and wanted to insure we were enjoying our stay. I would highly recommend you staying at this adorable beach house!

One extra night

Ok, so we booked this on a whim when we decided to head to Fort Meyers a day early after Disney. This is by far the absolute cleanest place we have ever stayed. Everything was clean, from the baseboards to the ceiling fans. Bedding smelled and looked clean, towels were clean and had extras there to use, chairs and cabinets didn’t have nasty food finger marks, I mean, I didn’t have a single complaint other than I wish we had booked our whole stay there. I was sad to check out and move 5 minutes up the road the next day to our new “home” which was definitely not as clean and waaaay more expensive. Anyway, this property has EVERYTHING you need, it was the best experience at a vacation home we’ve had and we have taken many many vacations. My family and I will absolutely look into availability at this home next year for our spring break break trip. 10 out of 10!!!!!!

I stayed here with my family of 5, including three school age kids. The place is beautifully decorated and had everything you could possible need. The beds, sheets, and towels were luxurious. I would have loved to stay longer. Great location to go to Sanibel or Fort myers beach.

Perfect location for our family getaway

We enjoyed our time at this hidden gem. The home was clean, spacious, had plenty of amenities and was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. We appreciated having beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs to use. The home is a short distance from the ocean, shops and restaurants. We would like to stay here again. We highly recommend!
