Beautiful authentic log cabin home on Eagle River. This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home can sleep up to 10 and is situated on over 3 acres of land. Both bathrooms are newly renovated. The front porch has a gorgeous view of Lake Superior and the lake front is just a short walk away. There is a private pond on the property. Relax and enjoy a morning coffee on the porch or during the stunning sunsets. Warm up by the wood burning fireplace. Enjoy outdoor activities all year round, including swimming, hiking, cycling, skiing, and snowmobiling. Lots of room for snowmobile trailer parking.

Snowboard trip to Mt bohemia

We had so much snow over our stay it was incredible, the conditions at Mt Bohemia were perfect and in the evenings we spent our time around the fireplace playing card games. Everything there was perfect and we would definitely plan on staying here again.

Another great visit!

This is our family’s third year staying here and we love it. Plenty of space for adults and teens and the location is perfect for all sorts of outdoors adventures. We recommend booking a dinner to watch the sunset at Fitzgerald’s!

Beautiful home

Wow .. this was a beautiful home and clean. The only thing that wasn’t clean was the oven. Contact the owners to let them know. The toast oven will be replaced as it didn’t work to make toast-however we used the oven to make toast which was ok! This was a great stay and would book again - finally seen the northern lights on our last night! Totally worth it! You can see them from the front porch! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Great place after some cleaning / clearing out cabinets / fridge.

Great location and place. It needed to be cleaned upon our arrival but the fireplace, waterfall and company we stayed with made for a wonderful stay. The cabinets and fridge were full of food unlike any other rental place we've been to so that was strange feeling like we were staying at someone's house that lives there vs a rental where the place is empty and ready for our food and beverages.

Perfect for our family

Plenty of bedrooms and two bathrooms. Room in the dinette and living room for spreading out and visiting. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Decks in front and back for enjoying the outdoors, and a path out back to the Eagle River dam for exploring. Could hear the falls and see Lake Superior shore. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place!

This is the perfect place to stay in Keweenaw County! Beautiful home with wonderful views, we loved it! Great location, right next to the falls, with so much to explore! Hope to come back soon!

Beautiful Property

We had visited Eagle river falls this past autumn. Gorgeous area. When looking for a place to celebrate Christmas/NYE with the family we found this incredible home! Pleasantly surprised that the grounds and home were even better than described. Comfortable, clean and a great area to make home base for some Keweenaw exploring! Every one of us enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the coming summer.

Great place to Stay

Great log cabin home. 6 of us stayed here to explore Keweenaw on ATVs. It is perfect location. Atv/snowmobile trail head 2 blocks away. House was well equiped. Very relaxing after day of riding. 2 bathrooms is a big plus with a group. No complaints about anything from our group. We had a wonderful time and great memories were made. Highly recommend this beautiful place if you are coming to the Keweenaw. Host was quick with reply to any questions. Thank you Karen.

Vic and Debb’s wedding

My best friend Vic got married in the old Central Mine church (built in 1868), then had their reception at Fitzgerald’s restaurant on Lake Superior in Eagle River, Michigan. This property was perfect for me, two couples and one other adult that came in for the wedding and activities planned for the Friday before and the Sunday after. The location was great, just a few block walk to and from the Fitz, and it worked wonderful for our needs. The home is very well set up, it is adjacent to the Eagle River waterfall and you can hear the falls perfectly from the back deck. This is a great place to stay in a great location and has everything you might need. I would use this location again in an instant. It’s a great property with a lot going for it and nothing that did not meet our expectations!

Beautiful house, beautiful views!

Very spacious, more than enough room for our group of 5, all the conveniences, but still lovely cabin feel. Then you look out a window or walk outside and you see Lake Superior and share the property with an amazing waterfall. Easy spot to explore the upper Keweenaw.

Great Cabin!

This is just what we needed to fulfill a beautiful fall get away! Cabin is really nice. The newly remodeled bathroom downstairs is really nice and upstairs will be nice once that shower/tub is able to be remodeled like downstairs. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well! We will come again! Thanks so much!

Sounds of the waterfall

The log home is beautiful and is cozy but spacious. It is one of the few properties that offers a king bed in one of the rooms. The first floor bath was beautifully renovated with a “pebbled” floor. The location right on the Eagle River was perfect for us. We enjoyed hearing the waterfall and seeing the sunset each night.

We photographed Auroras over Labor day weekend.

This log home is so cozy and nice. The whole house has everything you need for a great vacation. The falls are in the backyard. Nice decking all around to relax. Have your morning tea watching Lake Superior. Oh, and you can hear the falls all day and night. There are plenty of games and videos to watch if needed. I photographed the Auroras the first night. Bring your camera and set it up across the street. The last 5 days of Sept. 2022 are supposed to be epic for Auroras. You need a camera to see them and to take photos. Do you research to get your pictures. We will be back!

Amazing beauty!

The most perfect location for a peaceful vacation! The waterfall was amazing! The teenagers and adults spent lots of our days in the waterfall picnicing and swinging on the rope swing! I would I will definitely rent it again! Porches have an amazing view!
