Located on the 1st floor (no elevator) of a small building, this 48 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, one bedroom, a mezzanine, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided, and your beds will be made upon arrival. We can’t wait to welcome you!

The apartment includes:
• Entrance area with closet and storage, opening into the living room.
• Separate kitchen with a glass partition, fully equipped with:

• Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a large closet.
• Mezzanine accessible by a ladder, with a double bed (140x190) (not suitable for adults due to steep ladder access and limited space).
• Bathroom with washer and dryer.
• Separate toilet.

• Parking: Public parking is paid in all Intra-Muros streets and surrounding lots.
• Bus lines: 2 / 3 / 9 serve Saint-Malo Intra-Muros.
• Saint-Malo Train Station: 2 km (30-minute walk or bus line 2).
• Rennes Airport: 70 km (Rennes St-Jacques).
• Ferry Terminal: 10-minute walk (connections to Portsmouth, Jersey, Guernsey).
• Place St-Vincent: Bus departures to all areas of Saint-Malo and a tourist train for a guided city tour.
• Dinan Pier (250m away): 10-minute ferry ride between Saint-Malo and Dinard.

• In-person check-in: A Cocoonr team member will welcome you at the apartment, show you around, and hand over the keys.
