About this property

Our modern 5 star bungalow is attractively furnished and fully equipped

Ground floor: living room with lounge sofa and dining room with 6 chairs. The kitchen is complete with large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven - combi microwave. Bedroom with double bed. Bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.
Layout upper floor: 1 bedroom with double aupingbed 2. 10 long + 1 bedroom with 2 separate box spring beds. Bathroom with bath and hand shower and toilet.
Our house is centrally located close to the dunes and beach. The center of Crimea is within walking distance. On a bike through the dunes or stroll through the picturesque villages.
The holiday park offers many free opportunities for children and adults, play paradise, indoor pool, outdoor pool, riding school, golf course, bowling, climbing, play boat, restaurants, shop and laundry.
There is a Dogwash for the dogs.
Every morning you can get fresh hard sandwiches at the supermarket on site.
In the Crimea and also in the village bicycles can be rented to explore the island.
Near De Cocksdorp from Paal 33 leaves in the season the boat to Vlieland. Our 5-star bungalow park is surrounded by the national park 'the Dunes of Texel', next to the beautiful nature reserve 'de Slufter'.
Various events are organized at the park. So there is a market every week. For more info and events on Texel, please visit:

Schöner Urlaub, trotz schlechtem Wetter

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön. Aufgrund der zwei Badezimmer war auch genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Man fühlt sich wohl in diesem Haus. Alles, was man braucht ist da.

Erholung mit Familie und Hund

Unser Bungalow war sehr gemütlich, schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaub zu viert braucht. Der Weg zum Strand war mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen und unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt, da es viel Möglichkeiten gibt, Hunde frei laufen zu lassen. Die umliegenden schönen Dörfer sind schnell zu erreichen, mit Fahrrad oder Auto. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Erholung pur

Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft leider nicht sehr sauber. Nach Reklamation an der Rezeption wurde dies jedoch sehr zügig und zu unserer Zufriedenheit behoben. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, die Ausstattung für 4 Personen optimal. Im Vakantiepark De Krim gibt es alles, so dass man seine Ferien auch dort verbringen könnte. Supermärkte und Fahrradverleih außerhalb in De Cocksdorp sind jedoch etwas günstiger. Die Insel hat sehr viel zu bieten. Ein Urlaub dort ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen Haus!

Dieses Haus ist ein Schmuckstück, sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, genau richtig, nicht zuviel und nicht zu wenig. Man merkt, dass es im Privatbesitz ist, diese Häuser sind deutlich liebevoller und besser ausgestattet als andere. Es fehlte an nichts, es gab ausreichend Geschirr und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass sich eine Luftpumpe im Schuppen befand- diese hat uns gerettet! Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig, das Grundstück sehr gepflegt und der Park hat viele schöne Einrichtungen. Das Schwimmbad ist absolut zu empfehlen, es ist nicht zu vergleichen mit Schwimmbädern in anderen Ferienparks, die oft sehr schmuddelig und heruntergekommen sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und beim nächsten Texel-Besuch (der auf jeden Fall kommen wird, denn Texel ist einfach bezaubernd), dann versuchen wir wieder dieses Haus zu buchen!

Es geht besser…

Das Haus an Dich ist sehr schön und auch die Einrichtung- allerdings fehlte es überall an SAUBERKEIT!!! Und einen Urlaub möchte man nicht mit putzen beginnen, da wir aber zwei kleine Kinder haben, blieb uns nichts anderes! Der Ferienpark ist toll und Texel an sich ist- die Insel kannten wir vorher bereits- immer wieder ein Traum. Schade!

Prima huisje alleen matrassen heel slecht van bed waarvan in sliepen beneden.

Goed huisje op rustige locatie meebakken in de buurt maar matrassen veel te zacht en het licht boven aanrechtblad (in de winter) te weinig. Het rook er niet fris dat komt naar ons idee door slechte afsluiting in meterkast met de grond eronder.

Quiet location, lots of privacy. No busy road at the front. Safe for small children and pets (1 allowed)
Large garden, good location due to the sun and the center of Crimea (5 minutes walk) and the decline to the dunes and the beach. Easy for a walk or a bike ride
