About this property

Enjoy the peace and comfort of home in a beautiful region

The house is situated in a recent urbanization (14 years old) and looks well cared for. The closed garden is full of shrubs and there is a spacious terrace around the pool (with outdoor shower) that faces south along a riverbed. It also enjoys a lot of privacy here. We use this property as a 2nd home for ourselves so that all comfort and material is present. On the ground floor is a spacious kitchen, separate living room, bathroom, hallway and garage. Both kitchen and living room have a covered patio so you can always find shade but also the evening sun. On the first floor is a suite with double bed, separate bathroom and private sun terrace. Furthermore, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a double bed and single bed. These last 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. There is sleeping accommodation planned for 7 people. There are bicycles that can be used, but the use of a car is recommended here when shopping. There are three supermarkets within a radius of 1 to 2 km (zuma, Spar, Aldi etc ...) There is a Dutch medical practice in San Antonio, one finds dozens of shops and restaurants within a radius of 7 km. (Palomos, Platja d'Aro) There is satellite TV and wifi available.

Thank you so much for the lovely holiday. The house was lovely and clean and well equipped. The beach is a short drive away and the private pool the perfect temperature. Erholsamer und wunderschöner Urlaub!

Maison idéale pour découvrir la Costa Brava en famille
Villa avec de très belles prestations, tout est conforme par rapport à l’annonce. Le quartier est très calme, possibilité de se garer avec plusieurs voitures à l’extérieur. Avec tous les équipements présents, on se sent comme à la maison. A l’extérieur, tout est parfait. Très peu de vis-à-vis, un jardin aménagé avec énormément de goût, très belle piscine permettant de faire quelques longueurs, avec la chaleur de l’été, l’eau était à 30° minimum (même à 23h), nos enfants de 6 et 8 ans ont énormément apprécié et ils ont pu améliorer leur natation pendant le séjour. La position de la maison est centrale pour accéder aux supermarchés (ALDI à 4 min), et aux magnifiques plages de la Costa Brava (Tossa de mar, Platja de Fenals, Lloret del mar, Platja de Santa Christina, Platja d’Aro, Platja de Sant Feliu De Guixols, Platja Valentina, etc). Procédure d’accueil remarquable, arrivée vers 20h suite à une panne de notre véhicule, transmission des clés sans aucune difficulté (merci Yvonne). En synthèse, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à bientôt Eddy.

Desde la comunicación con el arrendador hasta la ubicación todo ha sido perfecto. Muy recomendable, hemos estado dos semanas y se nos ha hecho muy corta la estancia, si surge la oportunidad volveremos otro verano.

Goed verzorgd en groot huis met heerlijk zwembad. Goede keuken waarin alles goed in is voorzien. Goede locatie. Vanuit het huis kan je heel makkelijk de omgeving verkennen en naar de diverse baaitjes aan de kust rijden.

We had a lovely holiday!
The villa was a fantastic property and we had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday including wonderful hot weather. This modern villa is situated in a private development and is ideally located for local supermarkets and visiting Palermos. The property and pool are very clean and have all you need for a family holiday. Communications with the owner and his contact were great. We had a lovely time so thank you again!

Bonne base pour plages et randonnées
Villa très sympa, avec tout le confort, y compris des vélos, barbecue, etc. C'est une bonne base pour des visites touristiques, des randonnées (de très nombreux départs de circuits à proximité) et bien sûr pour les plages et la marina de Palamos. Seule bémol, on est un peu près d'une voie de circulation - heureusement une première ligne de villas fait écran.

Enorm genoten van de rust en de omgeving.
Zo rustig gelegen met een bosrijke omgeving met zicht op de heuvels en toch niet ver van de stranden van de Costa Brava. Wij komen zeker terug naar deze volledige uitgeruste woning.

Heerlijk compleet huis aan de Costa Brava
We zijn net terug van een heerlijk verblijf in dit zeer complete huis. Het huis ligt prachtig in een wijkje met aan de achterkant een bos waardoor je veel privacy hebt. Het is even een klim maar je kunt prima lopen naar het dorp waar verschillende, verrassend goede restaurants zijn. Het zwembad was lekker van temperatuur en werd twee keer per week schoongemaakt. De ligbedden om het zwembad in uitstekende staat net zoals de rest van de inventaris. Zelfs stoelen, parasols en tentjes voor op het strand konden worden gebruikt. Het contact met de eigenaren was zeer goed en we hebben verschillende leuke tips gekregen. Zelf houden we niet van de drukke stranden aan de boulevard maar gingen 7 km. verderop na Palamos bij Castell naar het strand. Dit strand ligt midden in een natuurgebied. In het najaar heerlijk rustig en kraakhelder water. We hebben vaker een huis gehuurd maar dit is de eerste waar we nog een keer naar toe zullen gaan.

Complete woning.
Zojuist terug van 2 heerlijke weken vakantie in uw woning. Alles was zeer verzorgd en compleet. Fijne schaduwplekken rond het huis en een mooi zwembad. De contacten verliepen heel goed en direct. Van de doorgaande weg vlakbij hadden we nagenoeg geen last. Als we dan toch een minpuntje moeten noemen dan is dat het bed van de masterbedroom. Het lag goed maar was voor ons aan de smalle kant. Nogmaals, een prima woning om te verblijven! Eddy en Annie bedankt!

Schitterende woning voor een zorgeloze vakantie.
Schitterende villa gelegen in een zeer rustige omgeving. De woning is voorzien van alle comfort, is zeer verzorgd en netjes. De afgelopen 11 dagen genoten we van het ontbijt op het overdekt terras, het mooie zwembad, de verzorgde tuin,... .De woning is ideaal gelegen om tot rust te komen na een dagje strand of een bezoek aan één van de mooie dorpjes in de omgeving. Een echte aanrader!
