120 m2 house, divided into 2 independent apartments, ideal for 2 families

rent, in a very popular and quiet area of Les Sables d Olonne, 5 minutes walk from the station, a pavilion renovated with taste in 2017, composed of two independent apartments, through, 6O and 65 m2, not overlooked, nice , bright, modern decor and neat, with enclosed garden and very quiet, facing south, with barbecue, for aperitifs with family or friends
each apartment is equipped with a W M C
 Ideal for 2 families of 4 people. (possibility of additional person to see with the owner)

Possibility to rent a single apartment (price 110 euros per night).
Attention deposit to give in check on the arrival, or possibility to include it directly in the estimate, the deposit will be returned within 15 days after making the inventory of fixtures.
Each apartment, equipped with nine, consists of a kitchen open to living room in succession with view on the garden.
Living room Living room: wall-mounted TV stand with flat screen TV, sideboard, sofa bed (sleeping 2 pers) extra possible (see with owner)

Each equipped kitchen has:
bar furniture with 2 bar stools, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, espresso machine, pressure cooker, cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery, vacuum cleaner , ironing board and iron, drying rack,
 
Each apartment is composed of two rooms:
1 master bedroom with double bed (140x190), wardrobe.
1 bedroom with bunk beds 2X90X190 (first floor) or loft bed (90X200) and sofa bed below 2 people, wardrobe on (ground floor),
A bathroom with shower, vanity unit, high cabinet 2 doors with hair dryer mirrors, storage and bath mats. in each apartment.
Separate toilet in each apartment.

Terrace on the ground floor: sheltered by a pergola, 1 table, 1 bench, 4 chairs, 1 bar table, 2 bar stools. outdoor lighting for evening meals

Terrace on the 1st floor: sheltered by an umbrella, 1 table, 1 bench, 4 chairs and a small living room of garden, (low table, 1 armchair of 2 persons and 2 armchairs of a person) external lighting for the evening meals.

South facing garden, fenced, trees, lawn, garden sink, barbecue, drying rack, possibility sunbeds parasol and toys for children.

Bed linen, towels, tea towels provided (Package 90 euros for 8 people),
Baby Equipment Package (20 euros per week) on request (stroller, cot, high chair, bath, safety gate, potty, beach tent, outdoor toys). To be paid upon arrival.
A deposit of 100 euros for cleaning will be requested upon arrival, and will be returned upon departure after inventory if cleaning is done properly.
Everything on foot: TGV station and bus station, taxis, restaurants, bar, banks, bakery, pharmacy, bookstore, large place of Liberty 5 minutes. on foot
Great Beach, fishing port and marina, pedestrian street, market, downtown, embankment walk 10 minutes walk.

Renters of bicycles and cars nearby.

Excellent !
L'accueil et la prévenance des propriétaires ainsi que le service de conciergerie nous ont tout de suite mis à l'aise. Le logement est parfait, l'emplacement aussi. Le quartier est calme et proche de tout à pied (plage, gare, commerces, ... ).

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Straße
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist für zwei Familien, die gemeinsam in Urlaub fahren, absolut ideal. Die Haus ist genauso eingerichtet wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich. In ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß ist die Strandpromenade sowie der Strand zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Confort et vigilance
Location très agréable pour deux familles avec chacune son espace. Service de location de draps et serviettes obligatoire à 15 euros par personne, dommage que nous ayons eu des draps housse venant des propriétaires tachés de sang. Heureusement le service de conciergerie impeccable nous les a remplacés immédiatement. Les serviettes de douche sont un peu petites. Caméras de surveillance dans les couloirs communs non signalées dans l'annonce abritel ni dans le livret d'accueil. Le propriétaire est très attentif à son logement et n'hésite pas à envoyer des messages si jamais on ne s'occupe pas des lieux comme il le souhaite et prend des photos "preuve à l'appui". Difficulté pour se garer dans la rue (peu de places disponibles). La propriétaire elle-même nous signale que l'on peut se garer devant le garage de la voisine qui ne l'occupe pas. Cependant, son fils nous a fait la remarque dans la semaine par un texto tard le soir car un voisin lui avait signalé qu'on avait occupé cette place et que le locataire précédent y était resté 15 jours complets. De notre côté, nous ne l'avons que dans la nuit quand on ne trouvait pas de places pour se garer et qu'on savait qu'on la libérait tôt le matin. Hormis ces points, la location est confortable, agréable et bien équipée.

Très bien placé, ce logement est très agréable et confortable. Monique et son fils sont adorables et très arrangeants. Ils ont pensé à tout, le logement est très bien équipé. Le jardin est joli et bien fleuri ! Une belle adresse

Très belle demeure
Il s'agit d'une très belle maison, bien entretenue, bien agencée, pratique avec les enfants, et avec tout le nécessaire possible. Le jardin est très agréable et reposant. La localisation est idéale et pratique. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour en Vendée et aux sables d'Olonnes. Monique est une dame charmante qui fait le maximum pour que les hôtes se sentent au mieux.

la ville à la plage et la plage à la ville
en louant les 2 appartements ns avons profité pleinement de notre séjour avec nos enfants et petits-enfants, ensemble pour les repas et pouvant lorsqu'on le souhaitait avoir son espace, confortable et tranquille. Le jardin est très agréable et ns en avons tous bien profité, la plage est à 1/4 heure à pied. Se déplacer à vélo est l'idéal, d'autant que la ville et les alentours st bien aménagés pour les balades. Accueil très chaleureux avec produits locaux et, surtout les conseils de la propriétaire pour découvrir au maximum la ville.
