Private Villa near Alcossebre with 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (1 en-suite) sleeps 6 or 8 (one additional room can be used for as extra bedroom for 2 more guests - all in all sleeps up to 8 people).

This stunning villa is situated in an elevated position on a hillside overlooking the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea, the Marina and the picturesque villages of Las Fuentes and Alcossebre. It is ideally located on the coast 1 hour drive North of Valencia and 2 hours South of Barcelona.

The accommodation includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large fully fitted kitchen and open plan lounge and dining room. There is a fabulous pool and paved terrace set in colourful landscaped gardens. These benefit from sun all day with some shaded areas. Pool furniture is provided.

You will enjoy two large covered terraces, leading through glazed patio doors from the kitchen and lounge area on Top Floor and also another terrace on Second Level with direct access from the bedroom area. This is ideal for alfresco dining and boasts beautiful views over the pool and out across the villages and Marina to the sea. You will enjut has breathtaking panoramic views of sea and the national park and benefits from the sun all day long - from dawn until sunset.

Relax y tranquilidad

Villa Marcolina 84 nos ha encantado. Hemos pasado una semana fantástica y sobre todo hemos disfrutado de todo lo que ofrece: relax, tranquilidad, piscina, barbacoa, zonas chill out y especialmente maravillosas vistas de Alcossebre y del mar. Personalmente me ha encantado despertarme por la mañana con la panorámica que se puede observar desde sus terrazas. Sin duda os la recomiendo.

Espectacular

He pasado siete días con una comodidad espectacular y unas vistas de ensueño,la climatización muy buena y la piscina perfecta, no está cerca de la playa, pero tampoco es problema aparcar ,entonces de lujo ,espero regresar el próximo año

Vistas al Mediterráneo

La casa es mucho mejor de lo que parece en las fotografías. Es enorme. El salón y su terraza es un espacio para disfrutar, desayunar mirando al mar y cenar viendo las estrellas es insuperable. El paisaje que se disfruta desde cualquier lugar de la casa es impresionante. Los dormitorios son comodísimos con camas extragrandes. El espacio de la piscina es espectacular, con un montón de tumbonas, sofás y mesas para disfrutar al aire libre. Es una casa perfecta para las vacaciones. El pueblo es tranquilo, sin grandes rascacielos, al contrario, construcciones respetuosas con el entorno verde y arbolado. Hay varias playas y calas increíbles por descubrir. Si os gusta el senderismo, hay senderos maravillosos a la orilla del mar. Hay muchísimos restaurantes con menús deliciosos. El propietario y sus agentes en la zona estuvieron muy atentos a todo lo que les solicitamos. En definitiva, un lugar único para unas vacaciones inolvidables.

Très agréable séjour

Maison confortable et calme avec une superbe vue . La climatisation est fort appréciable. Johann, le propriétaire est un interlocuteur sympathique et facilement joignable pour toutes demandes d’informations.

Magnifique!

Une magnifique maison avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Maison spacieuse avec tous les équipements nécessaires, et très bien entretenue, propre. Le quartier est très calme et résidentiel. Alcossebre est une station très sympathique et familiale. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos trois enfants. Nous en garderons de très bons souvenirs! Nous conseillons fortement cette maison et destination. De plus, le propriétaire est disponible, sachant répondre à toutes nos questions. Partez en vacances avec l’esprit tranquille!!!

Great villa with fantastic sea views

The villa was great and worked well with grandparents. Pool was fab for the kids, with plenty of inflatables. Views over the ocean were fantastic. Johan (Owner) was very helpful both prior and during the stay. Would definitely consider returning.

Very spacious villa with a fantastic view

Well presented & well stocked villa with all key equipment to make a perfect family holiday . Great pool with wonderful view from all 3 levels. Johan ( the owner ) & his agents Albert Villa s were extremely helpful which made the holiday even more enjoyable!
