My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the location and having all the comforts of home while on vacation.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
Sea Life is located mid-town and just blocks to the beach, minutes to the Strand, Pleasure Pier, festivities and some great restaurants. The home features cable TV in each room, central air/ heat, and Wi-Fi. Entering the home, you'll find it to be clean, comfortable and very roomy. The open living/ dining area gives great space for family fun. The dining has seating for 6 and 2 at the breakfast bar. The 1st bedroom offers a queen bed, sitting area and cable TV. Walking through the front bathroom and you'll find yourself in the 2nd bedroom with a king bed and cable TV. Going through the kitchen you'll enter the 3rd bedroom where the twin with a twin trundle, a bunk set and the 2nd bathroom with a walk-in shower are. The backdoor and utility room are located off the 3rd bedroom. The backdoor leads to the fenced backyard with a patio set, charcoal grill and an outdoor shower.
You will have access to the entire house, backyard, driveway, cable TV and Wi-Fi.
Upon completing a reservation I will email you our rental agreement that explains check-in, check-out, what to bring and who to call.
Rentals include furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating and air conditioning.
What to bring: A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc. B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay. C. Beach and Pool items: towels, chairs, umbrellas, sun block, repellents and toys!

House occupancy will not be exceeded.
Loud music and noise is prohibited.
All cars & guests will be registered with the rental office at check-in, and all cars will be parked in the driveway.
When parking cars on the street, vehicular traffic will not be impeded. Posted street signage (speed limits, parking) will be obeyed.
Cars will not be parked on lawns or in a neighbor’s driveway.
Vehicles will not be driven or parked anywhere where not allowed. Motor homes, campers and tents are prohibited and may not be parked or hooked up at rental homes.
Only people with a valid driver’s license may operate a golf cart. Police will issue tickets.
Non street-licensed vehicles (such as 4 wheelers, go carts, dirt bikes, scooters, ATVs, etc.) are not permitted anywhere on Galveston Island. Barbeque grilling on decks is strictly prohibited; it is a fire hazard.
RAIL WARNINGS- It is extremely important that all guests be aware to never place weight on the railings. We encourage caution and awareness when on decks and balconies. Bolts can become compromised due to the corrosive nature of the saltwater climate in Galveston.
Hanging or throwing items from balconies is prohibited.
Only registered pets are allowed in SOME rental homes and a $75 non-refundable fee has been collected. Leash laws must be obeyed at all times.
While boating, “No Wake” rules in the canals will be obeyed.
At canal homes, fishing lights must be turned off when not in use.
The property is NON-SMOKING. Smokers will smoke outside and dispose of butts properly.
Fish will be cleaned where caught. The remains will be carefully wrapped in plastic bags and placed in outdoor trash cans.
Help keep Galveston clean! Garbage will be put in securely tied plastic bags and placed in the trash bins provided.
In the case of a mandatory evacuation, Guests agree to evacuate homes as per City of Galveston orders.
In the case of evacuation, the decision to re-enter the house is solely that of the Property Mgt. Company.
Seaweed cannot be relocated on the beach without a permit. However, clearing a pathway to the water with a hand rake is allowed.
