It was a nice area. Only problem we had was with the ice maker bring really loud. We reached out to management they said to turn it off and they would send someone fix it but never did. They sent someone who put a fan in the hallway. Not sure why but no one ever returned.
The property is in a great location, that was one of the best features. I came from the Western states not realizing I would have to pack half my house to stay at this property. Maybe I should have read the property description better. If you stay here, make sure to bring your beach towels, kitchen pans (they were terrible!!!), cooking utensils and extra blankets. Also pack your shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper & paper towels if you plan to even stay here. They supply the bare minimum. Also make sure to bring your beach stuff too! The resort has minimal tubes for the lazy river and the elevators were always so terribly busy. For the price I paid per night, we should have stayed at the Ritz Carlton. At least the beds and pillows were comfortable and the beachfront location and view were above average.
This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay while in Orange beach. And the view, well it speaks for itself. Was super easy to find and get checked in. The condo it self was very nice. Comfortable and plenty of room for us all to spread out. Beds were cozy and bathrooms enough for everyone! If I had to pick one thing to make a suggestion about, I would just suggest putting sliders or something on feet of the dinning room chairs, so they didn't scrape, or be loud on the floor as much. (Sorry for the people below us!) Having secure parking was a nice feature, including the carts available for taking all of your luggage and groceries to your floor. That was a HUGE Plus! The outside pool and lazy river were not heated, and a little brisk this time of year, but the kiddos didn't mind. The indoor pool and hot tubs were great! Everything in the condo worked as it should. Had plenty of dishes, pots, pans and glasses to use for the stay as well. We would for sure stay here again!
This property is beautiful and roomy with nice views of the beach from the balcony. Pay attention to floor levels! This one’s on the 25th floor!
There were, however, a few issues:
Microwave door handle was broken.
Hot tub was inoperable in the master bath.
Towel holder on the master bath wall was broken.
Ice maker made loud noises. We turned it off, because we were afraid to use it.
Several lights were out.
Televisions were difficult to operate and the batteries in the remotes were low.
These were all pretty minor issues, but for the cost of the stay, I would’ve expected better quality and attention to detail.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would rent again, though.
Spacious condo for our family of 8. Wonderful view and realty company made check in a breeze. Just a few items from making it a total home run condo. Tv would not work in kids room. Tv in master would not get but a few channels. Remotes to TV’s had broken battery covers and batteries would fall out. Kitchen was missing a few items need to make a simple spaghetti dinner but nothing a few bucks at Walmart wouldn’t fix. There are more expensive Phoenix West condos and I now understand why. Nothing made this unit unbearable but some updates and attention to detail would help it.
The resort was very nice and we had a wonderful time. There were 10 ladies and everything went well. Handles on shower doors need to be fixed as well as closet doors. Trash can was hard to close but these little things weren't bad but I suggest that it be fixed.
Everything about the property was mostly great. It was clean & a great, spacious condo with beautiful views. Unfortunately after washing a load of towels, we found out that the dryer wasn’t drying. So we quickly ran out of places to hang dry them. Not fun to be at the beach and have wet towels the whole time. Aside from the room itself, there was a serious lack of security at the pools. One of our trips to the lazy river resulted in pushing our way through a party being had in the middle of it & clogging the flow. It was very inappropriate to even have my 3 year old down there while it was occurring. The security girl down there did nothing about it. Other than a few inconveniences, the property was great.
The location of the property is excellent and the views are amazing. During check in time expect to wait 30 minutes for an elevator. There were several door knobs that fell off and one kitchen drawer that was broken. Also, bring blankets!! The only blanket that was provided for each bed was an extremely thin blanket (like the ones in hospital beds). The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our large party.
We were in town for a wedding and this unit was big enough to accommodate our side of the family traveling in town without everyone staying in different locations. Nice, pricey but worth the visit and bring with family.
We enjoyed the condo. The space was nice and big. It was very roomy and we had lots of space and rooms for everyone to sleep. However, the lighting needs to be brighter. The wifi is terrible! For those that were supposed to work, couldn’t because it was so bad. We had to walk to the end of the building to even get service. Other than the wifi, everything was fine.

Subpar Condo
I typically do not write a review but I was quite disappointed in our stay with this specific unit. We have used VRBO several times without any issues until this condo unit. Upon arrival we checked-in at 4:00pm and to our surprise the condo was still being cleaned. We waited with all of our belongings in the hallway with 5 children for an additional 35 minutes.
The condo has several maintenance issues that need to be addressed. Door knobs are broken off the kitchen cabinets. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had no pull cord to turn on and it was extremely dusty. The screen to the patio was torn in several places. The door knob on the laundry room door fell off. The glass shower door was broken. They attached a curtain so it was still usable but I did find two broken pieces of glass on the floor. Mind you that is the bunk bed bathroom, so our children used it. The furnace room door was a shutter style door and was completely full of layers of dust. I assume it has never been cleaned. The couches are also in rough shape. The only decent furniture to sit on was the gray reclining chairs.
And BY FAR the most disgusting thing in the condo was the area rug. It was well beyond even attempting to clean it with a cleaning machine. There was no vacuum in the condo to vacuum the rug.
The complex itself was nice. The slide was not working ( or being worked on for that matter) even though we were told it was up and running. The outdoor pools were minimally heated. The grounds were cleaned and well maintained.
The most frustrating thing is that I emailed White Shores Realty mid stay on 4/5/2021 about some of our complaints and have yet to receive any form of a response. The complex I was pleased with but I will never rent from White Shores Realty again.
Lots are things in the condo were broken or on the verge of breaking. Had trouble with one of the toilets and they said I would have to pay to get someone to look at it. I couldn't get a code to the gym because condo was on generator.
We had a great stay overall. The condo is spacious and has amazing views. The bathrooms had no hand soap, the kitchen had no dish soap and not even a sponge to wash dishes with. No dish or laundry detergent. No beach towels. Many other VBROs we’ve stayed at were much better stocked with supplies like this. The property was nice and we enjoyed our stay.
