Parisian apartment on the 4th french floor (with elevator) located in the 1st district, near the Louvre Museum and the Palais-Royal and a few steps from the Seine. The apparent moldings, the parquet floor, the height under ceiling, the large windows make the charm of this typically Parisian apartment. All the rooms overlook the interior courtyard.

The apartment, completely renovated, is composed of: a kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

The living/dining room is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a dining table, a television (with international channels) The apartment has an unlimited high speed internet connection with wifi.

The parquet floor was renovated in 2023 to make it quieter, following comments from tenants and neighbors.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, storage space and two nightstands.

The second bedroom has a king-size bed (or two single beds), a wardrobe with sliding doors, and two nightstands.

Both bedrooms are equipped with portable air conditioners, which can be used by leaving the window open to let out the hot air.

The bathroom has a comfortable shower, a sink and a toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, combi oven, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and dishwasher.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

A rental agreement to be signed will be sent to you after confirmation of the reservation.

We can meet you during our working hours (Monday - Saturday, 10am-6pm); however, arrivals on Sunday and after 7pm all week will be subject to a supplement of : 50€ before 10pm and 75€ after 10pm.

All reservations with GLAMAPARIS include civil liability and rental risk insurance.
We are committed to cleaning our apartments with organic cleaning products.

Great apartment and location
The apartment was well located and had everything we needed for a week in Paris. There were two good sized bedrooms and a large bathroom. The kitchen was compact but workable. A dryer would have been a welcome addition and maybe some cushions on the couch. 😊

Sauber und gut vorbereitet, Empfang gut geplant. Der Gast Geber aber sieht meiner Frau, die über 80 ist und kaum mit ihrem Koffer zurechtkommt, ungerührt zu. Hat keine Zeit, in der Küche oder Fernseher irgendwas zu zeigen oder zu erklären. Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet aber ok, schlimm aber ist der Lärm von der angrenzenden Wohnung, der uns Nachts aus dem Schlaf reisst (3x).

This apartment is located in perfect location. We walked just about everywhere. Very good communication with property manager. The place was immaculate. The crazy lady downstairs only banged the ceiling twice. We were 3 older ladies so not making a lot of noise. My only suggestion would be to please add more mirrors with oncertainly not ma

Lovely stay
The apartment was exactly as pictured and expected. Very comfortable for our family of four adults. A safe location and building. We enjoyed our stay. The floors are loud, as others have noted. I wish there was something that could be done about loud, squeaky wood floors so we would not have to worry about disturbing our downstairs neighbors. Overall a lovely stay.

The location and the property management were great. The apartment is functional, but bare, in brown and black and hardly anything on the walls. Windows look out into a very narrow courtyard looking into other windows with only a small patch of sky to see what the day may be like.

Although the photos look quite nice, the reality was far less. The wood floors are quite noisy, squeaking with your every step and it caused repeated problems with the woman living below. The oven is really a microwave, the fridge does not have a freezer and is really more like a large servi-bar. The bathroom has peeling paint but on a positive note the bedrooms are large and the location is great. Damien and the mgmt team did their best to mollify the neighbor but I would want assurance that this problem is solved before renting.

Apartment is spacious
The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and plenty of storage space for clothes. The kitchen and living room are also very appropriate for the size of the apartment. It is also located in a very good place near the Louvre, a mall and plenty of restaurants. My only complaint is the lady downstairs she placed a couple of signs one in the elevator and the other outside the apartment door stating that we sounded like elephants walking in the middle of the night making a lot of noise - mind you we came home one evening at midnight and the only noise we made was to change & get ready for bed. She also rang the doorbell about 4 times at midnight stating we needed to be quiet and to tell the owner to place soundproof padding on the floors. We are a family of four with a young adult and a 9 year old, this has never happened to us and it was embarrassing to see a sign posted for everyone to see. The owner needs to address this with the neighbor below and fix the floors.

Wonderful experience in Paris!
We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The team at Glamaparis was so great to work with, everyone was so nice and I had zero concerns or anxiety throughout the process. The location was perfect, the building completely safe and the elevator a lifesaver. The apartment is nothing fancy but plenty of space and the team has thought of lots of amenities throughout - iron, ironing board, espresso machine, TV had all of the streaming apps if you're in the mood to relax a bit at the end of the day. SO MUCH within walking distance - great restaurants, Les Halles, the Louvre, the Seine, shopping at Samaritaine and Rue Rivoli. I could go on and on - so glad we chose this location. I will say that the creaky floors need some getting used to - just be prepared for them to be really really creaky. And as mentioned in the listing, the view is only internal courtyard. But the amount of space, nice shower and separate room/beds for my teen girls made this the ideal apartment for us. Thank you Glamaparis!

Great place in a very convenient location
I would recommend this to anyone traveling with or without families. The location couldn't be better being right in the heart of the city, and a 2 minute walk to the Les Halles station that is a major hub to everything. Should have taken the metro directly from CDG to the station instead of taking a cab. Great restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well. The elevator is key after a long day of sightseeing, and the room is very quiet at night as well. Great safety with the courtyard entry protected from the street - never had even a moment of concern even after being out late at night. The room isn't fancy, but has everything the modern traveller wants with access to modern appliances and good wifi. I would stay here again.

A very nice apartment
An unusually nice apartment--furniture, interior, amenities, etc. The young lady checking us in did not provide the standard apartment manual with instructions for operating the TV and appliances. She sent it by email, so it was tiny print, very hard to read or use. It took a long time to figure out the TV.

Apartment is very well located. Check-in was very easy (Laure-Anne met us there on time, she is very nice and very responsive). Text or email communication responses were quick and useful. The paint and furniture in the apartment we were in were a bit dated compared to the pictures but overall the apartment was comfortable.

Our Paris Apartment
We loved "our Paris apartment". The location was fantastic. We walked everywhere. Lots of places to eat and shops for fruit, bread and cheese were super close and authentic. The apartment was so quiet because the windows opened into a small courtyard. The layout was perfect for two friends vacationing together. Having a kitchen and washing machine was very handy. I would stay there again.

Best location for visiting tourist attractions in Paris
Clean, quiet, attractive apartment with modernized bathroom. Very comfortable for three of us (grandparents & 17-year-old granddaughter). Conveniently located to EVERYTHING - walking distance to Seine River, The Louvre, Palais Royal & shopping on rue de Rivoli; easy metro & bus access to everything else. Wonderful cafés, bakeries, small grocery stores nearby. Staff very accommodating upon our arrival. Thank you, Cyrielle for the warm welcome! Only glitch was that we could not get the TV to work. Therefore, no access to news, weather or other information.

Nice location , nice apartment
We enjoyed our two month stay very much. The apartment is centrally located with bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Our favorite was Valentinos Italian on Bouloi. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Louvre and Pompidou, about 20 minutes to Marais, 20 minutes to Tuileries. 2 Bus lines right outside apartment.. The apartment was quiet with the windows facing an internal courtyard. On the warmer days with windows open noise travels easily, and it was hard to remember as Americans to keep our voices down. A small price to pay to have a quiet location. The kitchen is pretty efficient though we never successfully figured out the stove. Tiny washer, and no dryer, but a nice drying rack is provided and the small loads are not much of a problem. No dryer means you get very rough towels. On the positive side there is a lovely heated towel rack and great shower in the toilet / shower room. As others have mentioned the floors creak. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space and plenty of power outlets to use. Lighting was great throughout the apartment. Internet worked well but I was not able to stream or download in the master bedroom. I did not complain during my stay and simply informed the rental agency on my check out and they said they would add a booster to the back bedroom. The furniture is different than what is shown in the photos. There is a different couch and dining set that are more casual. I would stay here again.

Het is een prachtig appartement, maar het ruikt onaangenaam. Wij vermoeden dat dat komt omdat er op de dag van onze aankomst nieuwe tapijten waren neergelegd nav geluidsoverlast. En dat hebben we geroken, de geur was zeer onprettig en verdween maar heel langzaam. Dat bedierf ons plezier wel.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s very centrally located. Working with the agent was easy and they were really nice. There is an elevator which is super great for heavy luggage. The apartment is nicely put together and clean. The second bedroom is smaller than expected but the mater is quite large. I would say some of the upholstery looks a little tired and would benefit from being replaced, or having the pillows fluffed. Not gross or tattered just I wouldn’t have thought to do white upholstered dining chairs, they show the age. It also felt a little spare, but overall a nice experience and a pretty shell of an apartment for sure. They left us chocolate covered almonds and a bottle of wine for a welcome gift, which was a nice touch. The building is old and the floor creek so definitely not parties or loud guests. Perfect for us professionals who were in town for a trade show.

We enjoyed a very nice stay in Paris for two weeks in October. The apartment is in a great location, very close to restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, Museums, and walkable to many central areas of a Paris. It was clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The check in process was very easy and Eunice and Robin with GLAMAPARIS were always available and very responsive to any questions or issues. Central location
The property was in a great location - close to the Louvre and Seine and major Paris attractions. Many local restaurants and cafes nearby, so we never ate at the same place twice! The property manager, Eunice, who helped us was fabulous! When we needed anything or had questions she helped us especially since it was our first time visiting Paris. The apartment was very clean and the linens were new and the beds were comfortable too. The only thing that bothered us were the creaking floors, but it didn’t keep us from enjoying the apartment.

Property is in a safe and convenient location. Easy access to restaurants, retail, grocery stores, transportation, and the Louvre. Excellent communication and information from Glamaparis.
